They are not answering to my emails or giving me any information on the shipping

I was looking for Nike Air Jordan Camp Slide 3 sandles on line and a website page with Jordan Shoes showed they carried those sandles. The page shows its from Uk and they're only contact is by email www.groundspring.co.uk
I proceeded and made the order and payed with credit card. They provided me with a tracking number I have been tracking since April 17, 2017. The tracking# has had no progress, I contacted the USPS because that is the carrier according to their information. Usps gave me information that there was no shipping from Uk and that the tracking number I was given was from china but it was only an acceptance tracking # and not actually a shipping #.
