Truly Shocking Customer Service. Emailed a query at the start about the product which got no response. Decided to order anyhow but product just kept being listed as 'unfulfilled' on my account page even though they had taken the money. Emailed twice to ask for an update and heard nothing back. Opened a dispute with Paypal which still brought ZERO response from this company. Eventually I escalated things with Paypal who refunded my money but took over a month from the start. Avoid this company like the plague! One star is too much for them as their customer service is none existent and they clearly don't care about their customers one bit.
