Groundology

I recently ordered a grounding mat over the phone. I left a message and received a call back soon after the same day. Knowing very little about grounding I was making enquiries about it all,and the lady I spoke to was very happy to answer all my questions. She was really friendly and helpful…also recommending the right size for my needs (and not the more expensive one). The package arrived in very good time,well packaged, and I know somethings going on because well, it just nicely tingles sometimes and I am sleeping well!
I would highly recommend this company for customer service and product value definitely.

I purchased two items from Groundology, after being introduced to the concept of grounding by my very switched on grandson (thank you, Lewis!) One was a gift so I'm not able to comment on it but the other, an auto seat pad, was a gift from me to me.
When driving on long car journeys – 5 hours or more, I always used to get very sleepy – not ideal when you're driving – and although there are motorway service stations, they don't conveniently follow your route! I decided to try an auto seat pad as it was stated that it could reduce tiredness.
I have just made two long journeys and felt absolutely great – no sign of tiredness, not even a yawn! So if you are trying to decide if an auto seat pad is for you, my experience leads me to recommend them without hesitation.
I had a couple of queries post purchase and my e-mails were fully answered by return. All-in-all a very satisfied customer.

Having stumbled upon the Earthing / Grounding concept somewhat by accident, I was fully of questions that were promptly and intelligently answered. Service was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever. I can safely say that having slept on various grounding products for the last 18 months they have completely changed my life – I even took my sheet skiing with me in March – my first time after a 23 year break – arrived home barely able to move each night having skiied all day, and yet up and ready for the off each morning after a night on my sheet as if each day was Day 1! How many other 55 year olds could say that!

Looking at the 1 star review from Ajanice Aking – I can only think she was referring to the single pin on the end of the long cable that PLUGS INTO the 3 pin plug that is provided as part of the product (as can be seen here: – see /earth-connection-plug-uk page on the site. If the 3 pin plug itself was missing then it was, I'm sure, a simple packing error!

1. To: Previous reviewer Ajanice Aking who has given a negative review – Unfair as I am sure it must have been resolved by now as this company is VERY good with customer services. Very good indeed. Prompt too unlike the earthing UK seller on Amazon. They were a nightmare to get hold of, including emails. Very time consuming as if we have the time. Can you imagine if you were abroad???

Only right that you (Ajanice Aking) update it here. This is not fair on good companies for its survival. The proprietor is also a UK qualified electrical engineer so has to maintain its reputation.

For your info: you don't need three prongs as only an earth connection is needed and therefore the plug only has one prong/pin. Electricity is not needed at all or used, for it to work; only an earth plug connection which brings the negative ions from the earth to the earthing product and then into your body via a lengthy wire.

2. Grounding/Earthing is excellent as this company is too. My earthing sheets lost conductivity and Groundology kindly replaced it out of goodwill. I am now
focussed, head strong, with the new PVC sleep mat (head to toe); sugar cravings and hayfever allergy down.

Lesson: don鈥檛 buy earthing fabric (sheet) items; they need special washing liquid and it is high maintenance. Go for earthing PVC mats which are easy to wipe sweat off as your body will get hot. (Large mats: head to toe. Small mats: for feet or small areas of body.) But, it has to be a BLEACH FREE liquid eg Dettol spray, 拢1.50, from Wilkos and Savers. This also has no odour/perfume which is great for these earthing products. Buy in multiples just in case they stop selling it.

3. My view: The whole nation must go Grounding/Earthing. In the old days it was 鈥淎n apple a day will keep the doctor away.鈥?Now it is 鈥淓arthing every night will keep the doctor away.鈥?

4. Medical caution: you cannot use Grounding/Earthing if you are taking blood thinners like Warfarin, etc. Grounding makes your blood to go thin so therefore becomes risky. The pioneers, Earthing Institute (USA) says this too. Pity we are not allowed to place links on this site. Check it out on earthinginstitute[dot]net. Also, search for specific illnesses for testimonials at how Grounding/Earthing has helped them in their situation. END.

Have got two items from them and asked why each only has 1 prong on plug. It's uk and plugs have 3 prongs…still waiting for reply
