HIGH SCAM ALERT – AVOID
I have requested from them time and again for them to confirm the ability to win on their games is entirely down to other players suffering losses. For them to confirm the random number generator they go on about is not configured to pay a certain percentage (i.e. to replicate the percentages of a casino).
For them to confirm that if only 1 online machine existed it would be possible for the 'house' to make a loss.
They refuse to answer these questions because they do not want it publicized that you the gambler that plays on their site is 100% dependent on other gamblers losing in order for you to win. That Grosvenor will never see a losing day as all their table games are in effect glorified fruit machines (imagine a machine with 37 reels – that would be roulett) and just like fruit machines they are governed by a percentage payout which they claim to be random (it is not – the random number generator merely ensures the percentages are upheld in Grosvenor's favour).
So Grosvenor, I ask you yet again – and please do not respond with fair play and RNG's. Just answer the questions so that we can all see the truth.

I visited The Grosvenor Casino (Thanet) last Friday and I was overwhelmed by the whole experience.
You have excelled in your approach to keeping your clients and staff safe.
The security team were so professional and they were prompt in ensuring that all visitors followed the new rules.
It was lovely to see EVERYONE respecting each other and wearing the mandatory face covering.
Regular cleaning was in force throughout the evening and the staff worked tirelessly and even with their face coverings on they were happy and cheerful.
Thank-you Grosvenor Casino Thanet for a wonderfully safe experience- my first social outing since March – I would highly recommend a visit to this establishment and you can be confident that they are Covid Secure and will look after you.

Shocking service, I am black card holder and they have blocked me for spending above average.
Sent in financial records three weeks and still unable to play, Joined another major platform, again has the same financial checks and it took only 24 hours to sort out.
No apologies for the delay or cash bonus for keeping me waiting.

I have had my account suspended after an receiving an email giving me 45 minutes before they suspended my account with significant funds in account and with bets on a market running. They say they called me but no missed call. Their advertised phone number doesn't work and the number that they gave me on chat hasn't picked up after 50 minutes. They are unable to resolve by chat. Basically didn't communicate that they were going to suspend account due to levels of deposits and then impossible to contact to unsuspend!! Incredibly poor customer service. In response to your reply…..Yes – I would love you to contact me. The phone number you have given doesn't ever pick up, no-one on chat can resolve my query and no-one has responded to me by phone or e-mail. I am not receiving a response from you. Please phone or e-mail me, you have now suspended my account without warning and not contacted me for 36 hours. Suspending without warning means that I don't know how much I have in my account, I can't withdraw and I can't see my open bets. It is more than inconvenient. You shouldn't accept funds if you are going to suspend an account and not respond to or contact your customer.

Following numerous requests via live chat for the safer gambling team to contact me (at their initial request) I eventually contacted Tom Hudson who resolved the issue for me very quickly!
So very happy with Tom's service, not so happy with Customer support and the safer gambling team!!

Website keeps crashing. They told me they found out it was an issue after I lost a lot of money and they given me a free spin on a wheel. (I didn鈥檛 inform them of this, they informed me) I did the free spin on the week and it crashed again all the winnings I got wasn鈥檛 credited and still hasn鈥檛 been, they said all these issues where because of my cache browser but I told them I got proof it鈥檚 their website and app as the message codes I received was from internal server errors and not my cache or browser. I鈥檝e been a loyal grosvenor casino customer but their online experience has put me off the whole thing. They still haven鈥檛 got back to my previous email dated over a week.. ive lost all I played as each time I made a spin website refreshed or gave internal error codes and I鈥檝e not been credited any winnings as their good will gesture. stay away from using their online platforms. I鈥檓 so so so disappointed in the lack of transparency and customer service!!!

I've asked this company to delete my account and not to make further contact with me through email, there are robbing b######s. I get emails several times a day even tho I've asked them not to and to delete my account it continues. Stay away from them, I can't get them to sod off.

I agree with the last review. Was playing earlier this evening. Had a break and now the software will not allow me to log back in. For such a big player in the casino field, the software is crap. Also when you see the online information put out there from the Hippodrome and the Empire and then compare with the latest information from The Poker Room……zero !

Good range of games but I have to say the payouts have become a joke over the last few months. Once I put a deposit limit on my account I noticed less wins. Ive put take a break on again for 6 wks as it's not fun playing anymore. Net deposits are + so it's not a review because I've lost money.
This year all online casinos have become boring, not fun and are just trying to take as much money as possible without paying out much winnings. I will be taking a break from all of them until things pick back up with the economy馃憤

This company are an absolute joke. I made a withdrawl of 拢200 3weeks ago with no issues whats so ever.
Then made 2 more within 3days of each other one for 拢150 and 拢220. They processed the first one supposedly on the 3rd Aug (only just hit my bank account today 8days later) there withdrawl time is 1-3 days. the other withdrawal has been rejected and account suspended. I have given them what they've asked for and still I can't log on to withdraw my funds. Spoken to 5 diffrent people on online chat as there phone lines are currently switched off. You are the only company refusing to answer calls with COVID going on. Every other company is biting peoples hands off for business. You are losing buisness. Skybet, paddy Power. So much better. Once my account becomes active again I will be withdrawling all funds and closing account. Joke

Suspended my account whilst playing , have spoken to live chat on numerous occasions each time telling me lies and different information. Apparently they have tried calling me on two occasions which is a lie as I checked the time they called me and was no missed calls. They have my money as well.
I just want my Money back full of lies extremley poor service!

All faked slots. Rigged, scam. But anyways, Grosvenor is better than Unibet and Admiral online, if you invest more, you still have some chances to get rewards of winnings from Grosvenor online. But for Admiral online, you get very less chances of their rigged winnings back; for Unibet online, you could get 0 chance of something back, Unibet is the worst in the world because they even not give you any rigged winning back whatever amount you have lost by their scam rigged games. Would not even rate 1 star. I opted in for bonuses and spent 拢999 in 1 night. Staked +拢3 on chilli can carne slots and apparently didn't reach the water required to get the 拢5 bonus …. what a joke !
