I've used Groovychimp for around 6 months so well placed to provide a frank, honest review.

If you are looking for a distribution partner who does not value your business, your time or your customers then by all means use Groovychimp. A large number of our orders were either not fulfilled, had to be chased up constantly, turned up weeks late or never at all. If you want to try and speak to anyone about issues you won't be able to. Only 'George' works there but you will find you will never be able to speak to him on the phone as he is never in the 'office'. You can email sure, but don't expect a response without chasing 4/5 times.

Currently we have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks for 4 orders which were never fulfilled or received, we also have 1 order 'pending' from a week ago which I assume will never be sent.

Do yourself a favour go direct to the suppliers – Paladone, SUCK UK, Mustard Gifts, Gift House International etc. buy some stock and save yourself a whole load of time, money and hassle.

As a repeat customer, I have found the services and products from Groovychimp excellent and have no problems whatsoever.

I ordered from this business for my shop….no stock arrived for 2 weeks. Even when it arrived half the stock missing. ….5 emails and numerous calls and promises later I was told missing items would arrive. Parcel came 7 days after being told it would be next day! Imagine my surprise when AGAIN so.e stock missing. When I rang and complained call was disconnected. When I rang back twice person answered phone but just breathed down the line. Finally got through to someone called George who offered little explanation just blaming the warehouse. AVOID THIS BUSINEZS

I'm very disappointed with the service groovychimp provide and their attitude. I only recommend groovychimp if you are looking supplier that does not value your business or customers.

We started using Groovychimp recently as we were having trouble knowing what products to keep in stock. The conveniency of their service is priceless. We can now focus on marketing our business and saving costs on staffing and storage. Generally a very happy customer.

Admittedly "Groovychimp" have some nice products and a nice website layout which is easy to navigate, however if you read the itinerary on there website with statements like "High Profit items" etc you would be led to believe you could make a little money from this.

However in reality there is 0% if not negative margin on there items as you can actually find 99% of there merchandise cheaper to buy on the likes of Ebay/Amazon.

I understand with low risk comes low margins from people looking to make a few 拢 but effectively they are selling at the rates of sellers on Ebay but are calling themselves a wholesale/Dropship company which in this case is totally untrue.

I am not surprised your company is in negative equity.

Used this wholesale, distribution, dropship company for number of months. They advertised and allowed me to order products they do not have in stock and claim their products are shipped when infact they have not been shipped.

GroovyChimp.com staff lied and was happy to keep taking my money for orders knowing they could not honor their said services.

I only wish I could post everything I have on this company here so no further business will have to face the damages I have at the hands of Kalltec Ltd (GroovyChimp) BEWARE !!
