I spent hours a pon hours maybe even days finding the perfect 100 photos to print and I was so excited to get them and when I went to the final check out area they only have options to ship to America. When I saw that I almost cried that all that time was for nothing I really think they should tell you before you get to the final stages of your purchase to tell you. But I think that overall it is set out nicely and have watched other people getting their photos and they seem very nice.

I gave this app 2 stars for price only. Use of the app is indicative of it's price ($4 per month) but it doean't make up for the inadequacy of the app itself. Once loaded you can't unload photos. You can't view what you've added to the book or how it will look. You can't deselect a photo once it's been selected; if there is a way to do this, it's definitely not obvious; then there is no way to ask except via email and that's a no no when you're up against a deadline. You can't do anything about the app getting stuck on stupid when you've accidentally uploaded even 1 photo more than 100; the app only tells you to upload just "1 more" and get a "Free" Groovebook! It's simply ridiculous the way it's setup. The only reason I use it is because it's so cheap, but I'd gladly pay up to even $10 per month for a better app!

I want to Love the Groovebook! It's perfect with the dates on each photo and a easy simple way to have many photos, I wish we could pay an extra cost for better quality photos since some just need a little boost with lighting. But great price for what you get. I'm done for now but if you can get that quality fixed I'll definitely be a permanent customer.

I don't see any phone number- only email for this service. The picture quality is okay (not great) but certainly was inexpensive. However, I started to notice my account was being charged multiple times per month and in one month each charge was twice the agreed price! I cancelled right away and then they still have continued to charge my account with little to no response to my emails. I will be contacting my bank to stop any further payments to this company since this company will not provide resolution.

I've had Groovebook for probably 1.5 years by now. I have ordered 26 books. I loved them. They had great pricing the quality was good. But they have gone downhill over the last several months. My most recent books I noticed not all pictures were being printed. A chunk would be selected a repeated for the entire 100 pages. Also for the past several months they have removed the "G" in the bottom corner of the pictures you have already printed. So I have kept them going to finish out my vacation photos but now I have absolutely no idea which pictures I still need to print without going through all my books. I will be canceling and will have to figure something else out.

I ordered a groove book 2 months ago and never got it I am very disappointed and I'm glad the card only had 5 dollars on it so they couldn't keep charging me I will not use them ever again

I can't speak to the quality of the product, because I didn't stay long enough to find out. However, the immediate censorship was enough for me. I have a lot of memes saved to my camera roll. While selecting the photos I wanted to add to my Groovebook I noticed there was a warning stamped over the memes about about Fauci, Biden, and others that defied the media's accepted ideas of humor. I didn't attempt to add them to my photo book (wouldn't have anyway), but it's not their place to tell me what jokes to find funny. I will upload my photos to my local 1 hour photo and create my own albums.

I am canceling my account effective today. Horrible, horrible customer service. I have sent email after email after email only to receive no response. And some months they tried to charge me twice. I had to email numerous times in order for them to refund my money. In the month of July, they charged me for 2 books that I received. I am sick and angry of no communication. My recommendation is to stay far and clear away from this company! Have your pictures printed at CVS or Walgreens. Save yourself the misery. In addition, the photos are printed on cheap paper very thin and flimsy. The sheets tear and rip when you try to pull them off to share with others. A horrible product with horrible customer service. Simply HORRIBLE!

Honestly, i dont know how anyone can complain! It's 4$ for a hundred pictures in a nice booklet, with dates and time stamped with an easy cut out. If you want quality then go to your nearest store, order and pickup! Groovebook is offering the convenience of ordering and printing pics right off your phone and for the average person who is not going to take the time to print at a store. What did they expect for 4$! Pictures are great. Thank you GROOVEBOOK!

I was a customer back in 2018- I got two Groovebooks sent to me before I decided to cancel my account. I sent an email to the Groovebook Help team and got a confirmation email stating I had successfully cancelled my account in March of 2018.
Two years later I was going through my bank statement and saw that I have still been getting charged a membership fee. I sent yet another email to the help team demanding to know why I am still being charged for a membership I cancelled over two years ago and telling them they will credit back to me any money they have wrongfully taken from my account after my cancellation date. I added three photos proving my cancellation email along with two photos of my card being charged from Groovebook. I got back an email stating "We see that your account is still active and we do not see any charge."

I ordered two months of books and never received either of them. My first order was on April 15, never received. I ordered the second one at the beginning of May but my hopes are very low considering I didn't get the first one. Also, had a free book code but noticed they charged my card anyway!

they stopped sending me my groove book. No tele # to speak to someone. I tried to cancel my account and they would not cancel. They continued to charge my credit card even after they stopped sending the groove books. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband purchased 1 year in 2015 for me as a gift.
I got an email (5/2020) saying they need a new credit card as they can't charge the one on file as it's expire. It was a 1 year subscription and cancelled after 1 year.
They have been fraudulently charging my credit card and won't even tell me the last 4 digits of the card they are trying to charge (bc they don't have that, but can get my new one?).
This company has fraudulently charged my husbands card for 4 years. This is now is our attorneys hands.

I've had ordered quite a few books since 2014, and those books from the early years are now completely USELESS!!! Pictures are faded, starting to get fuzzy, and the color changed drastically compare to pictures printed on real photo paper. I keep all my photos in the same closed cabinet, no sun light, and not going through them often at all. Feel like I wasted all the money and now I have to print them ALL AGAIN, that's 6 years of pictures. Thanks for nothing.

I haven't received a photo book in months!! They are still charging my credit card. On top of that trying to contact them is a nightmare. There is no phone number but an email address that never responds.

I was randomly charged $17 I emailed them to find out why I was charged they say it's because I haven't paid in a few months so they bulk the charge together??? I was just charged July 15 $4.32! I emailed them back to show me which months I wasn't charged and if so isn't that an issue on their end? I have my proof, every month payment was deducted. How can I even submit to print photos if there was a payment issue?? I told them I have proof of payments and they stopped responding when I told them to show me their proof of non payment. Thieves!!
