I ordered from this website and then a week later received an email stating they were behind in production due to COVID… totally understandable, no big deal. I tried to email them back, but the email address was non deliverable. I tried emailing the customer service email address provided in the email… undeliverable. I finally tracked down another email from my original confirmation and was able to ask what the ETA looks like as my wedding is getting close. They would not give me any sort of timeframe. I tried to email them back to ask for a refund but all of a sudden this email address is undeliverable again. I have tried to call their customer service number 5 times, but every time I call it puts me on hold for about 30 seconds and then tells me that no one can take my call. I'm so frustrated, I think I got scammed.
