Friendly, helpful – turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job.

100% good from start to finish, helpful fitter, very efficient. Even pointed out where some butcher had damaged both my sills during a previous wheel change.

Was running a little late but hey! This is London and he was a busy guy ?

I've used grippy tyres before and I have to say they are very reliable and efficient, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Only discovered this company whilst 'googling' to get a rough idea of how much to pay for two new tyres for my van. Decided on them because they were significantly cheaper than 3 other garages I rang in the local area. I had a problem with ordering on line (I am useless at I.T), Rang them up – absolutely first class and sorted. I chose my slot for 5-8pm today (4th Dec). Chap rang at 4.15, I think, to say he would arrive at 6; he arrived at one minute to 6. Asked the chap would he like a cup of T as it was quite cold, he said no thanks and very professionally, efficiently and quickly set about his work.
Think he was done in 15 minutes. I paid. What a cracking service from start to finish. And the icing on the cake for me was I did not have to 鈥榟ang around鈥?in one of those awful garages where one get the feeling that asking for a service is an imposition!

Having never heard of the company before we were obviously a little cautious about using them, however having ordered new tyres with them I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They managed to fit us in incredibly fast, and are very convenient as they come to either your home or work address. I had a slight issue with one of my tyres due to a fault with it sealing properly and had a slow leak, they came straight out to repair this and was totally free of charge. Couldn't fault them! Will defiantly continue to use them in future, thanks again grippy!

Booked a slot between 8-12 whilst at work, fitter didn't call with a more specific time, as the email promised. I called them, got told the fitter was 10 mins away in traffic. 45 mins later still no show. I had to call again as leaving the office, and rebook for that afternoon at home.
Once the fitter arrived, service was brilliant, the fitter worked really quickly to get both tyres done in under 20 mins.
Price was good compared to other places, and still a better experience than sitting around in a cold waiting room for an age……

I hate cars. Everything about them. The thought of going to a garage and standing round waiting bores me to tears, so I had a little search online where I discovered Grippy.co.uk. The prices quoted were so cheap I didn't think that they would be any good, but times as they are, and spare cash hard to come by made me take the plunge and place my order…
All I can say is that I am stunned! Excellent service, advice, price and an easy online order made it almost bearable having to replace tyres. They even come to you! Ridiculously good service. Saved a fortune with Grippy rather than the usual dreaded trip to Kwik Fit. I really can't recommend them high enough. I will definitely use them next time, and will be telling anybody who will listen to do the same.

I must say I was very impressed by the service afforded me by Grippy and their excellent fitter Andy, who fitted two front tyres for me quickly and efficiently, and gave me many tips in tyre care with his vast knowledge. When my rear tyres are ready for replacement I will definetly be back.

Brilliant – They turned up on time & rang beforehand. Tyres fitted & balanced correctly and at correct pressure. Even replaced ties holding trims on with ones of matching colour!!

Booking the job was quick and easy. I get to compare different tyres performance and price. Booking is easy and I'm re-assured when I see almost immediately which engineer will visit. The guy was friendly and professional. Good value service and I have recommended to friends and will use again.

things went wrong due to a stuck locking wheel nut that refused to come off despite the heroic efforts of Peter and his immaculate VW Betty which the Main Ford agent had to remove. Unfortuneately this meant a double journey Grippy…..no talk of extra cost to me, return organised within a day. Peter pre advised his arrival time and on both occasions arrived dead on time. Marque of a good company is how they deal with problems…..i have nothing but paise for Grippy !!

From start to finish the experience was easy. I booked online and two days later I had my new tyres on my car. Overall, really happy with the service and I will be using Grippy again.

I ordered a tyre online to be fitted on Thursday 20th July between 1200-1700hrs. I received a confirmation email stating the driver would call to give a more exact time on the day which I thought would be great.
Well I waited in all afternoon on my day off and finally received a call at 16.55 advising that the driver had a had a day from hell and the earliest he could get to me would be 9pm ??
I'm a shift worker and thought a mobile tyre fitting service would be ideal but how wrong could I be .
The driver told me he would get the call centre to call me back to re-arrange another appointment. After 20 minutes I hadn't received a callback so I made the call myself. I explained my situation and was told that they couldn't fit me in til Monday as they were too busy over the weekend.
I advised that this was unacceptable and requested a full refund and was given a response of "sorry, what else can I say".
An absolutely shambolic service and complete lack of customer service – I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I was looking for a hard-to-find tyre size. Grippy had them in stock and at a very good price. The fitter called twice to tell me he was on his way so I'd know exactly when to expect him. When he arrived and fitted the tyres, I couldn't fault the service in any way at all – friendly helpful and professional (I just felt a bitr sorry for him in the van as it was one of the hottest days of the year – didn't stop him being cheerful though) I will definitely use them again

I was a little dubious about using Grippy until I read all the fantastic reviews, and what can I say? They were absolutely right. I received a phone call first thing to confirm my time slot, and another about half an hour beforehand to give me an exact time (and it was exact to the minute!). The fitter was friendly and polite, and checked all my tyres before fitting to make sure I was keeping the best ones. He even put the spare wheel back under the car for me without me having to ask. I can't recommend Grippy highly enough – fantastic value for money and some proper customer service!

Jay was a pleasure to talk to. He was both honest and efficient and I have nothing but praise.

After getting a puncture at the weekend, an inspection revealed two of my tyres were in desperate need of replacing.
A friend told me about grippy and I had a quick look at their website. It was really easy to use, and easy to find the tyres I wanted . They were able to book me in within two days, and I can have my tyres put on at home at a time which is convenient to me.

I shall update progress once I have had the tyres done.
