I've got the 'updated' version w/ the inserts and the training posibilities are truly endless. I'm recommending it to all my buddies.

The GripMonkeys training board is awesome! I've been training on it for over a year and has everything needed for proper training and progression. It has held up really well and apart from all the chalk is as good as new one year later.
