Brilliant Service. I have purchased twice; most recently 8 days ago when I purchased an arm ring for my son鈥檚 40th birthday.
My purchase is arriving today….in Australia….from Sweden. Eight days from purchase to receipt is brilliant service.
I previously purchased a drinking horn and the quality is spectacular and delivery equally as fast. I will continue to purchase from Grimfrost as their quality and service is second to none.

I ordered 1x king chain with Mjolnir pendant and an arming. I live in Australia it took 10 days from order to reach my door from Sweden (that's quick considering I ordered on a late Thursday night)

The chain is heavier and better quality than I expected, it came with a lobster claw on the necklace which is thick and heavy duty

The weight and look of it can tell it's made with true love and care and not just some Chinese knock off.

Especially during a pandemic to get it that quick and the constant tracking updates the company sent I was happy

I'll be ordering rings from them as soon as I get my ring sizer I ordered elsewhere ( perhaps you could stock these )

Hats off to the crew at Grimfrost and despite the pandemic it was quick, easy and painless

Bought the Skeggox (one-hand axe). Well I鈥榤 not convinced of hand-made… The stem and the grind of the blade is pretty sure machine-made in my opinion (as a mechanical Engineer). I鈥榤 not sure on the blade itself…

Horrible customer service and hidden delivery fee!
Apparently Canada isnt in North America according to Grimfrost. I had a gift shipped to Canada, and when i read flat shipping rate to North America i stupidly thought it included Canada… according to Grimfrost, i should have researched their shipping policy for Canada, as there is an added delivery fee that has to be paid at the same time as customs… customs was about 8$ and the gift recipient was charged 25.99$… so the shipping on an item worth 38$ was 28$ instead of 10$… when i contacted the company (there were shipping issues, i as the contact person was not notified the order had been refused by recipient (they thought it was a scam as they were asked to pay for 鈥渁n item they purchased from Sweden鈥?which they didnt know i had just purchased for them yet, and i was surprised at the additional fee) the said i should have checked their policy, did nothing concerning delivery (i fixed it with the gift recipient 6 time zones away and the delivery company) the closest i got to an apology for the inconvenience was after i sent them 3 emails to try to fix the issue, they said they were sorry i didnt like their service!
The product itself was fine but their customer service was just rude and didn鈥檛 help at all,
Overall it was a really bad experience i hope no one goes through again but as the company said 鈥渢hey looked into putting a message in the checkout for Canada but decided against it鈥?I鈥檓 sure it will happen again…

I ordered the valknut stud earrings for my wife, and two bone combs for me and my two year old daughter (plastic comb was giving her split ends).
The quality is exceptional. The stud earrings have a screw on backing so they are comfortable for her to wear even to bed. The combs are solid and beautiful. My daughter loved hers so much she wanted to comb everyone, even our cat. Shipping was surprisingly quick considering it came from Sweden.

I bought the dinnerware set and a drinking horn for my brother in law for Christmas. I bought this so late in the season and it came just in time. The shipping was super fast! We opened the box to check the pieces out and we were blown away! These pieces are absolutely beautiful. The utensils are my favorite, everything is so well done. I love how rugged they are, a lot of work went into this stuff and it shows. Will definitely be buying more dinnerware sets for my house! You guys are amazing. Very glad I stumbled upon your site. ^_^

Great company, good quality of the items that I ordered, and kept me very well up to date with about the shipping via email.
Only minor improvement I could think of was that the time it takes before shipping takes somewhat longer (it took about a week after I ordered before it shipped), but honestly, it's completely worth the wait, and it doesn't take weeks or anything.
Will definitely order again!

I've ordered from Grimfrost on multiple occasions and have had a flawless experience each time. A lot of the negative reviews on this site seem to be people desperately trying to push their own stupidity onto Grimfrost (Looking at you, Matt).

Just know Grimfrost is without a doubt the top dog when it comes to these kinds of products.

Takes forever for the order to ship, Takes forever for the support to answer.. Im from Denmark(right next to the colony known as Sweden) but still it took a month for the items to be delivered. Im sorry ,y viing brothers, but youre not joining us when we raid England.

I would love to give them better reviews but my Thorsberg trousers started falling apart after my first hand wash. This doesn't seem like great quality. I'm sure other products like their modern apparel, drinking horns and the like are good quality. Just for someone doing ren faires all the time, I need pants that are reliable.

There are some poor reviews here, and I'm telling you right now, DO NOT listen to them. Grimfrost is an excellent company, and the absolute BEST when it comes to viking age products. They sell very high quality, unique items you cant get anywhere else. You want a drinking horn? Get it from grimfrost. You want some animal skins? Yes, you do. Buy it from grimfrost. Do it right now. They also have an amazing book selection, among many other things. They have the fastest shipping I have ever seen.. I mean seriously, these guys are all the way in Sweden, and they ship items to the United states in as little as 3-4 days. The packaging? Top notch. Dont worry if the box is accidentally dropped or anything, because chances are, your order is just fine. Everything is wrapped and treated like a significant part of a Jarl's personal armory. Emails work as intended, and the customer service is great. I dont care what ANYBODY says, grimfrost is untouchable. They are the real deal, and you'll be blown away by the amazing quality of their items, and the beautiful craftsmanship of their hand forged products. I've bought drinking horns, viking swords, knives, books, and currently waiting on my Scandinavian reindeer skin. I truly hope this company, and all who work for it, continue to thrive and do what they do best. Sincerely, a forever customer.

I bought a silver armring, it cost me 198,75 US dollars and it鈥檚 way to big. I鈥檓 just beyond disappointed, i really have contain myself from losing my cool in this review. Size options are seriously lacking with this item, like everyone鈥檚 some giant viking… I was really rooting for this company, now i鈥檒l never buy anything again.

Great products and customer service.
I have placed three orders with Grimfrost within the last month, purchasing shirts, rings, runes, and books. In my first order the packaging got damaged enroute to my house and the ring went missing (through no fault of their own). They replaced it quickly. Their customer service has been prompt (I've received replies 1 day after my emails have been sent), and I have been very pleased with what I have received. I will order from them again.

Disappointed with the customer service so far. I sent multiple emails about one of my 3 XL drinking horns that came in with a hole, I also sent pictures but so far after over a week I still didn't get an answer and their policy is 14 days so it feels like I will end up having paid for 3 drinking horns but only have 2 that I can actually drink out of and one of them was a gift

Update, customer service managed to reach me and it was all due to email problems. I can now say their customer service is very good the are sending a new horn as soon as they can.
