DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEARD EARNED CASH AND YOUR SANITY….THEY ARE A DESPICABLE AND DISHONEST BUNCH…..BE VERY VERY WARY OF ANY GUARANTEE AS WELL…..IT IS NOT TRUE UNLESS YOU ARE "LUCKY ENOUGH" TO DISCOVER THE FAULT WITHIN 30 DAYS OTHERWISE YOU HAVE JUST PURCHASED JUNK AND ARE LEFT WITH IT…..THEIR TRANSPARENCY AND ADHERENCE TO UK RETAIL RULES LIKE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS ARE BROKEN DAY IN AND DAY OUT……YOUR ONLY HOPE IS YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT I PAID BY PAPYAL AND NOT SURE IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK….HAVE OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES LIKE KEEPING MY HUSBAND ALIVE AT PRESENT WHO IS IN CRITICAL CARE IN HOSPITAL FOR LAST 4 MONTHS….DO THIS COMPANY CARE….OF COURSE NOT AND WHY SHOULD THEY WHILST FILLING THEIR BOOTS WITH YOUR MONEY. AVOID PLEASE AND DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OF PLAYING THE LOTTERY WITH THEIR MACHINES ……

Fantastic products. I have bought the a AirRam hoover, a cordless hedge trimmer and the branch cutter for the hedge trimmer and all three items are powerful and extremely well designed and made. Gtech is definitely the company I go to when purchasing cleaning and gardening technology.

No problems with staff all polite and helpful.
After using twice as trimmer and once as branch cutter, drive dog split in half. Contacted service who arranged replacement be sent and pick up faulty one. Dpd delivered replacement but wouldn't take faulty in original packing as no label ! I'm left with faulty and replacement m/cs.
In the meantime had checked on internet and found other customers had the same fault decided it wasn't reliable. Contacted service again who have arranged for refund and collection of the faulty m/c with branch cutter and the replacement m/c for Wednesday 15th August.

Do not buy a Gtech multi, I had to replace both battery and chassis after just 18 months. The vacuum then managed a further year before "dying" again. It did not have hard use, but it was just used to vacuum car and to clean dust around skirting boards in the house. I spoke to Customer Service representatives as well as emailing two/three times. The company did not want to know. I understand there is such a thing as reasonable use up to five years. the company was not prepared to even listen. I am disgusted.
The Gtech multi is an expensive item. Do not waste your money

absolutely brilliant, easy to use. just wish i had ordered the airram k9 at the same time. my son suffers from asthma and dust allergies these have eased since the k9 arrived . a well thought out and designed product..

Love the new invention, so easy to use for a dust free life,so important for me as I am a Asthmatic. Thank you Nick Grey for a great invention.
