Paid 拢20.00 shipping plus 拢15 extra to avoid import duty but still had to pay DHL 拢22.50 import tax to get my parcel . what a rip off!

I've ordered 3 things from them, they come in later than expected but hey, they're using DHL afterall. 20/10 Amazing quality products and customer service.

Price is okay, sometimes a bit high. Supply is plentiful, it's best to buy in bulk with everything you need. Compared to the popular facebook resellers and the like, payment seems to be more protected and also the variety of items and brands makes it a better choice.

Some people tend to complain online that some stuff is repro, thinking they could buy legit protective military gear like helmets and true uniforms restricted from civilian use, online with ease. Items always show in description if repro or not.

What I don't like is the very basic amount of description and details of almost everything there, and very few pictures for some that sometimes to not properly show how it is in real life. Therefore, I always make researches on my own beforehand

The worst offender is that I wrote a mail to them in multiple occasions before making my purchases, but never got a reply. In one of those occasions I commented about it in one of their instagram promo posts, and they immediately replied to my last mail saying useless copypasted stuff. So don't count on them for additional info and support about items you're going to buy.

Used twice now and spent a decent amount of money with them. Had to push the last order through but was busy black friday so kind of expected that. Good quality, sizes appropriate to advertised. Plan to use again soon.

I didn麓t received my stuff as quick as I payed for but they send it with DHL and my experience with DHL is that they are never on time. After I took contact with the friendly customer service it went quick and we received our goods amazingly fast! Thank you very much for that! We went on a small hiking trip in bad weather conditions (rain and snow) and the stuff is really as good as described. Yes we will order more comrade!

I placed an order on Sunday night and had the package delivered at 12:00 on Tuesday – and I live in Sweden!!!
That's never happened before. Never this quick!

The communication from them receiving the order, packing and shipping was excellent, but I didn't expect things to be this quick?!

I'm really impressed and it was a very positive experience shopping from grey-shop.ru and I can personally recommend everyone to do the same!

If I could give 6 stars to point out the fact that they were miles better than most other companies I usually order from I would, but I can't. I could take the time and write this review as a small token of thanks – and to let others know, and this is it.
