Never rent any house from them! They are disrespectful and abusive! I am going through the worst experience of my life with this agency! I rented a house in May 2017 and everything was fine till the day I moved in! After that to find out everything in the house is destroyed: half of the lights are not working,no smoke alarms, the kitchen hood dead, patio doors broken, boiler is working sometimes, they didn't want to give me the code from garage door, when I saw the house they said that I have security alarm but they just cut it off, washing machine faulty and so on… I am just tired! The property is managed by them! Since May I am asking them to come to fix the problems but they just don't care! I had so many people coming to see and to fix the problems but they didn't do more than half! I explained to them that I am not going to pay the rent until everything is fixed and Mr Richards cam 7:30 am to my door and started to threaten me and shouting at me! After I saw that anyway is no point with them I just released the rent and guess what! Today I just received a letter from their solicitors that I didn't pay the full amount of my rent and they will take actions? Seriously? My rent is up to date and they are sending me threats? This is unacceptable! They are so disgusting…never rent from them! All you'll get are problems and white hair!just stay away from them for your own good!!!???

Viewed a property this estate agent was listing, friendly in person, really bad at communication there after. Placed an offer – waited 24 hours to be told the offer was not accepted. Placed a counter offer – waited 48 hours before I had to chase for a response to be told 'the vendor is still deliberating we will call you back with an update in an hour'. Hour came and went no call. Called the following day to be told a cash deposit was placed on the property two days ago, so the same day I had offered. Told them I was unimpressed and to remove my details from their database for future properties, this all happened in January 2017. Today (1 March 2017) I have received an email listed the same property and asking if I would like to view??!! So not only have they disregarded the fact I had placed an offer over the asking price for the property they have not removed my email from their list and added it to a long list of other emails visible in the email, clearly flaunting data protection rules. Not impressed with them at all. Would not recommend!
