I puchased some shoes in July 2019. The sole was coming off recently. Customer service were extremely helpful and as the factory is currently closed gave me a voucher for a new pair! I gave the old ones to charity. Excellent Customer service! Thanks Grenson

Told my Fred shoes wouldn鈥檛 get reduced by the couldn't care less hipsters in the soho store, now i feel like a mug that threw hundred quid down the drain. So much promise from this brand but seem to fall short on execution. Great product, awfully run business.

Added Vibram soles to boots for traction (2nd pair of Grensons) and on the 2nd pair, upon first wear, eyelet after eyelet started falling out. Grenson voids the warranty if you have aftermarket additions and blames the cobbler. Won't even offer to send eyelets because the shoes, where the retailer said they are made in Britain, according to Grenson, are not made at their UK factory. Frustrating and disappointing quality and service from both Grenson and Browns.

I've been contacted by customer services today, by email, offering the refund of postage and a further 20% off the price of the shoes paid.. Whilst I agree this is a nice gesture, I still stand by comments below, that they could improve their customer communications. I've added one star back for the refund.

Update. Its now over a week since I contacted Grenson to advise that the shoes I'd paid extra for overnight delivery on hadn't arrived. I've emailed (because they refuse to give out telephone numbers) them five times now asking for a refund of my postage paid.. Still, as of this morning the 11th December 2019,they have failed to answer my request for a refund.. What is wrong with this company. I've never had an experience of customer service that's so bad. Seriously people, avoid this business, there is no place for appallingly customer service in this day of age. There are better manufacturers out there that are happy to take your business.

Having been a loyal loake customer for many years, I thought I'd try grensons for a change. I purchased a pair of Derby shoes for 拢270. Paid 拢10 extra for next day delivery as the day after that I was attending a funeral and needed the shoes to wear. The shoes were shipped via DPD but then the following day, I received an email saying my order had been held at DPD.
I tried finding a number for Grenson customer services, but failed, so I had to email them and wait 48hours for a reply. Even then, they didn't offer any support or refund of courier charge.

I'm amazed a company like Grensons doesn't offer any contact details.. Let alone any customer satisfaction.

Sorry.. But I think I will stick with loake from now on..

Extremely poor quality shoes. Their customer service is atrocious. The brand is mismanaged and for what you're paying the shoes are awfully made.

I was in contact with their team and CEO for 4 months and they refused to make amends. I recommend staying away and purchasing from other brands.

They do not stand behind their own products and that should say a lot.

Bought my first pair of Grenson shoes and they are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I鈥檝e ever owned. The quality is excellent, they look great and best of all, they鈥檙e made in England – and you can tell! I鈥檓 very pleased.

I have been buying Grenson shoes for a long time with usually high expectations rewarded. On this occasion I ordered online for the 1st time. The shoes were delivered to the wrong place and it took me hours to locate them
They were too big so i returned the to store which i thought would be easier as I work nearby. I was told as I used Amazon to pay and they had so many returns?! there was a 20 plus day wait for a Refund!
I decided on this news to buy another pair in exchange. I asked the Sales assistant if there were any further reductions to which he promptly replied No to my cheeky question. I paid a further 拢50.
I woke up the following morning to an email stating the same shoe had been reduced by this same amount!
I am very disappointed by the whole experience and with a choice of great independent retailers and other quality Shoe brands in Jermyn Street etc. I will look elsewhere in future. When I contacted Grenson Customer service they told me to get a refund! Poor!

Beautiful calm old school club style shoe shop. Superb quality shoes, they have classic and modern styles.

I returned a pair of 拢170 brown leather shoes today to change for a larger size and the Assistant was really helpful and obliging.

Don鈥檛 be put off by the 鈥榩osh鈥?decor this is a great brand, for all ages, very trendy and great selection (they also have accessories for shoes, wallets and even some rather nice EDT鈥檚.

A lovely retail experience.

Useless. Sent back a pair of shoes for a size exchange with collect plus (also a useless company with representation few and far between).
Confirmed as received with Grenson on parcel tracking over a week ago, have heard absolutely nothing since – there鈥檚 no phone number to call, social media gets no responses and you can only email on the website and apparently expect a reply within 48 hours (which hasn鈥檛 happened).
Needless to say will stick with Russell and Bromley in the future who actually give a monkeys.
Currently 拢120 out of pocket and wondering if i鈥檒l ever get anywhere.
Appalling.

Im amazed at what Grenson have done to my shoes having received them back on Xmas eve it felt like getting an awesome early Xmas present.

Basically I sent them for the refurb process and they have come back better than new , better than new because they are worn in by me already but look brand new.

It may seem a lot to pay 拢110 to have them resoled , but its much more than that and its worth every penny. These are definitely shoes for life.

My wife actually grilled me about them because she though id bought a new pair even though she knew Id sent them for repair !!!

I sent in a pair of boots that had holes in the sole, a worn out heel and scuffs to the uppers.

I spent 拢110 and baisically got a brand new pair of boots back. This is not like getting them re-soled at timpsons. It is a completely different kettle of fish. It takes a while but the craftsmanship is evident. Very impressed and very pleased.

8-10 week repair for new boots that were faulty? Ridiculous. Customer service only reply within 48 hours (and then it took them a week to locate the boots I'd returned). Unacceptable.
