Please stay away from this awful company they will rip you off full stop there is not one god review from this company and can understand why so please stay away they are a con artist scamming company and so so rude!!!

Very bad experience.

The contract planned that invoices had to be downloaded on their website, instead of being sent by post or mail according to usual practices.
Of course, we didn't notice that and didn't receive the invoices.
Then we refused to collect invoices by ourselves as this was not acceptable for us (we receive 3000 invoices per month).
So, instead of trying to solve the issue, Grenke sued us and terminated the lease contract. This caused the equipment to be in principle returnable and all future rental immediatly due. We got the feeling that Grenke prefers to generate litigations instead of finding solutions.

We finally had to pay a lawyer and managed after 18 months to find a repayment protocole and keep the equipment.

Horrible souvenir.
Please never work with Grenke.

Be careful. We signed a contract to lease a phone system for 5 years with a certain telephone company but we were missold ( big mistake ). There is going to be a change of lease but we have been told we have to cover the remaining payment if the new leaseholder does not take over. We pay 拢150 pm so total is 拢7200 !! Go with someone else as I don't want others to be stung.

A massive scam with 100s affected in the UK now sending court letters to clients in the middle of a global pandemic. It needs people to fight them in every country

Grenke are wreaking havoc throughout the world as we are also now supposedly locked into a substantial contract which was orchestrated through a 3rd party which was dubious. Grenke have outlayed nothing, provided no service or equipment and yet now say that we owe substantial sums of money. Lack of business integrity with zero care factor for small business. Avoid anything with their association

Regrettably i have fallen victim to these guys also!
I run a recruitment business – we took out a telephone system with Berry Telecom. At no point we Grenke even mentioned! Next thing there is 拢1200 taken from my account and I am now apparently in contract with Genke to the tune of 拢11,000. I was also scammed by the Berry telecom sales guy. I signed a three year deal and he put through a five year deal. Disgusting.

I have now closed my office to work from home as Covid19 almost ruined us. I have asked both Berry and Grenke for support. They are demanding 拢11,000 plus the return of the two telephones and server. With immediate payment.

THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH AUSTRALIA MOVE AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CHARGING INSURANCE PREMIUMS WITHOUT FSL (FINANCIAL SERVICE LICENCE). DO NOT TAKE THIER FINANCIAL PRODUCTS.

These guys are complete rip off merchants and will get you to sign a 5 year contract that is cast iron and you have no way of getting out of. Do not sign up to anything with these people.

Just to join the general data- yes these people are a complete Scam. We are being pursued for contracts taken out with their partners in crime TETCOM where our signatures were falsified and we now apparently owe thousands of pounds. Tetcom are being taken to court and Grenke are still cahsing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am totally shocked and horrified to find I will owe them 拢6,000 if I cancel a contract that I unknowingly had with them. I am tied in for 6 years!!!!! Phone Com used them to rent equipment for our use which we knew nothing about. We will not even be in this business for 6 years. I have written to them threatening them with legal action and they have not responded. I will now have to take them to court, which I will do as I cannot allow them to rip us off in this manner. We are a small business with very little profit. I was well and truly ripped off.

This company is currently under investigation in their part with a media company. Do not borrow any money from Grenke Leasing as you will end up paying thousands back!

Are under investigation in scams all over the world, do not get involved with this company under any circumstances.

An absolute terrible and shocking experience, my dad is living in a constant nightmare & sick with worry because of Grenke. My dad has been totally ripped off by a screen scam in Northern Ireland that Grenke belonged to, they are abusing small retailers trust and business. Worse they are causing a lot of stress and pressure to my family.

Disappointed to read the financial returns that Grenke received last year 2019 yet they will not try to negotiate with retailers who have been scammed by Grenke's association with Viewble Media a minute % of there overall business would be unwilling to do business with them again.

Grenke have been involved in an advertising TV screen scheme that has failed a large num er of small retailers across the UK… The financial authoties must give this full attention.

Unfortunately I got caught up along with thousands of others where Grenke was the leading company . Viewable media sold me a tv package worth 拢500-拢600 max and apparently I now have over 拢10,000 to pay back .

These guys with vision asset finance and viewable media plus a number of other names they used have done a massive con world wide against small business owners . Make people take on media equipment worth 拢500/拢600 saying it鈥檚 no cost and get you in a leasing contract . Months pass and then the media company go bust and these guys have you tied into 3 year contracts at 拢299 a month . Numerous of Other finance company鈥檚 have seen that small business were conned into this and have cancelled the agreements but these guys think they did everything by the book . Do not trust them . Wouldn鈥檛 surprise me the 5 star reviews are done by there own staff

Genuinely thought I was taking on a 0% cost contract in which advertising and equipment was covered in the agreement.
Seem to have targeted businesses with good credit. I've been taken advantage of financially and my own good intentions.

i would never have taken out an agreement if I was aware that it would cost me money.
