Ordered the wrong scope mount. Called Grenadier when I realised. Very helpful guy managed to retrieve my delivery before the courier collected it. Exchanged the mount for the one I had intended to buy. 40 hours later it dropped through my door. Excellent service. Very competitive pricing. Very impressed

They sent me a faulty and dangerous product. They asked me to send it back and pay for the return postage up front (nearly 拢10), which they said they would reimburse. When they received the product they kept it and didn't reimburse the postage. I received numerous abusive replies to my emails and attempts to phone them. I will never ever use this company again, totally disgusted that this level of customer service exists in the UK.
