I had an impression Greitai.lt would be a reputable company that I can trust and create a long-term relationship, as I travel quite a lot around Europe. To my disappointment and big surprise, the company provided a really poor service when I asked them for reimbursement for not providing me with an explicit indication of my reservation number, that forced me to pay extra 63Eur to Ryanair! All my attempts and time spent trying to explain the situation and defend my customer's rights went to hell with Greitai.lt They are not trying to understand their clients, but rather find justifications for their poor customer service! What a horrible experience!

Some on-line research I made after the fact, revealed that I am not alone in my disappointment with the company. Quite a few clients of Greitai.lt are frustrated and appalled by the level of services the company trying to provide.Be aware of Greitai.lt

They are irresponsible, greedy and provide terrible customer service! Keep away from them! Cheers!

Top place to buy airline tickets.

We booked a fly ticked through greital and we had to pay for the service the same amount of money that we payed for the ticked. We bought the ticked regularly, the ticket was sent to us via mail, and we got their invoice and the confirmation that everything was ok. However, when we came to the airport to check in, we were told that we had to pay the same amount of money as the ticked cost for the check in service, because they only sold us the ticked. NOT once through the whole procedure were we told that we had to check in online othervise we would have checked in. We called them to complain, and we were told that the company is in Lithuania, and that they can not tell us that we have to check in online. They only sell tickets. Flyhi.se is the worse amateur company that we have ever been in contact with, or heard of.
We want to tell everyone to never use them, as they cheat and mislead people.
