Ordered a beautiful flower bouquet to my wife for her birthday. 5 minutes before the delivery they reported the package lost. Ruined a surprise they are up to.I will never use this untrustworthy website. NEVER!

Summary- never buy a cake from Greetz!!
Ordered a cake and a customized card from this company 3 weeks before my wife's birthday. The delivery was for the morning of the birthday. I received an email from this company the evening before the birthday that the delivery is not possible due to 'wrong address'.
This is the most outrageous excuse ever. The same address I live in the center of Rotterdam and use for all my correspondences and never had any issue? More surprising is that this company has no telephone and you can only chat with a very delayed response.
After a long wait of over 30 minutes, the lady non-nonchalantly told me the delivery is impossible and abruptly closed the chat. I am not even sure if I will ever get the cake and with this behaviour not even sure if this is a real or a scam.

PLS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDERED….FOR YOUR OWN GOOD…DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT, NOW THEY SAID THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY, I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ANY REFUND.

I receive email that the order is on the route to deliver to my Mother in law. I was so excited that she would be able to get her gift on time. But FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING that at 10 pm she did not receive her gift as yet. Contacted Greetz the other day and yes delivery set back. It is now 18:00 and it is still not delivered. What sense does it make for this 78 old Lady to get her surprise gift anymore. Because She had to check her mail box 5 times. I don't think I want this any more…………..Not recommending Greetz to no one. PFFFF I am so annoyed

Wanted to send a customized balloon to a friend for his birthday. Delivery time was between 09:00-20:00 and there isn't a more specific option. My friend was not home and they couldn't deliver to the neighbors either, which is weird as he lives in a busy street in the middle of the city with enough shops next to his house that were definitely open. Customer service only offered to contact the delivery company to set a new date which is also something I did myself first. Other option is to cancel the order and get a refund excluding delivery costs for a order that was not delivered!
I hate that they advertise same day delivery but can't keep the promise or find a solution. Never ordering here again. I know the response will be what a shame! Can you give us the ordernumber so we can see what went wrong. More fake service. Its bad enough that customers have to come here to complain after going through regular customer service to finally get some more attention because the company is scared of a bad reputation when there are bad reviews.

Didn't have time to get to a store. Ordered flowers and a card for my mom her birthday. Arrived at 1 pm on the right day, perfectly on time! Flowers look exactly like expected. Bit expensive but overall worth it.
Had geen tijd om naar de winkel te gaan. Bloemen besteld en een kaart voor mijn moeders verjaardag. Pakket kwam om 13:00 binnen op de juiste dag, perfect optijd! Bloemen zien er precies uit zoals verwacht. Beetje aan de dure kant maar over algemeen het waard.

What a shame. 2 times I have it went wrong to deliver on the promised day. A person has his birthday in an elderly home. We are not allowed to visit him. So I send him a balloon. It has not been send on his birthday very very disappointing.

Terrible service. I ordered a birthday cake and postcard to be delivered on Saturday between 8 and 10 in the morning for my daughter鈥檚 birthday. I received an email at 11 saying the order was lost and they could not deliver, and didn鈥檛 know when they could deliver it. They also offered a 5euros discount for the next order!
This is unacceptable. The whole point is to be delivered on the day you offer – that鈥檚 why we paid 80 euros for!

I live in Australia and I have used Greetz often but never again. They have now messed an order of mine for the 4th time. But this time it wasn't just not delivered. They delivered the flowers 3 weeks after my Grans 80 birthday brown and completely rotten. She opened the box and got the shock of her life. The card that I ordered together with the flowers was not included. I spoke to customer services and they offered to refund or resend. If this was the first time this happened I would have accepted this solution. But this has happened numerous times now and they did not even offer anything for the inconvenience/horror. On top of that they were aware my order had gone missing and that is why it was delivered so late. They didnt even contact me about this! If you know a customers order has gone missing, you contact them and make them aware that you arw trying to fix it. They are just trying to get away with this. It is safe to say I will never order with them again. I am embarrassed my gran had to go through this.This one tops it for me. Baffled !

Hello! I am very disappointed with greetz service. I have ordered a personalized birthday surprise for my son. It arrived AFTER his birthday (I chose the date 3 weeks before the birthday and it was VERY important to have a gift in time). Nobody called my mobile. Nobody said sorry. I was at home and waited delivery, maybe went out for one single minute to pick up something in a bicycle room at the ground floor of the house. And nobody came, nobody called… sms in the evening 鈥測ou were not at home鈥? Ok. I went out for a minute. There are neighbors, there is mobile, it is important! To get birthday presents on time. Very very sad experience. No money refund. No apologizes. Birthday boy without present.

Ordered flowers for my sister in law. When they arrived they looked like they had been dropped and hastily put back together. My sister in law called , was to get new flowers today, and nothing!
I live in Canada and tried to get in touch via chat … after waiting a long time I gave up. Tried then via fb message and still waiting for a response.
Surprise turned into a disappointment.

I spent 35 euros for a card and a little olive tree on my sisters birthday. Not only did they not deliver it on time (i got a message that she wasnt home), but also they didnt leave a message at her house. I've sent 2 mails in 5 days, no reply at all.
Edit: after 6 days, i called and got someone of customer support on the phone, they apologized for the service so far, and they are making effort to fix it.

Wow, Greetz actually never delivers on time. I have had 3 birthday cards that were delivered late. Thanks for ruining the moment Greetz.
And thank you for the great customer service – NOT. Giving me one coupon with a validity of 3 weeks. Not refunding. Your company is not delivering the product you promise. I strongly advise all to just order your cards at Hallmark dot NL. Much better!
PS. to Greetz: don't bother responding, you already did via email. Don't apologise, you didn't via email. You didn't resolve the situation, and you didn't reimburse me.Bit late to start apologising. Nevermind.If you want to do something good: just improve your services already.

Bought flowers and a card for my mother in law with 4 days beforehand. Everything seemed okay until the delivery company alleged no one was home, they weren鈥檛 able to leave it with the neighbors and that there should be a card in the mailbox with notification to what to do. Called my boyfriend only to find out everyone was come and so were the neighbors and guess what? Not a single thing in the mailbox warning about the delivery attempt.
My boyfriend tried calling the delivery company and got the driver鈥檚 name who was extremely rude insisting that no one was home and completely ignoring the fact that nothing was left to communicate. Then we reached out to greetz that could do nothing except for asking if I wanted the money back and no order would be delivered or a voucher for a delivery discount which i am clearly not going to use because was a special occasion only since I live abroad.
In the end I kept the delivery for the next day, which I cannot even trust anymore, because the surprise was already ruined and i had to ask my mother in law if she got the present. What a frustrating and disappointing situation, it totally ruined everything i had planned. And now i have to suck it up and deal with a belated present and be glad that I got a discount for a next purchase.
Oh, and heard that the GPS of the driver proved that he had been at the address. They just couldn鈥檛 explain the fact that absolutely no one heard/saw anything or found a card.
Money completely badly spent.

Really bad experience.
Ordered a helium balloon that was not delivered. It was damaged but they never notified me :-(. Then I wanted to order a replacement and found balloons being unavailable twice. I gave up. Chat service is extremely slow and leads nowhere. Won鈥檛 order there ever again. Can someone fix the disappointment in my kid tomorrow morning :-(?

Tried to order a photo mug AND a photo card. It was not possible to combine. Every time after ordering one of the two, the system asked me if I wanted to add something. Doing so the previous order disappeared. After trying for more than 1 hour I decided to a chat contact. Halfway the conversation the salesperson was changed and I had to explain everything again. One full hour on chat did not solve the situation and I even did not get an answer anymore, chat was ended without any message. Meantime it was too late for my same day delivery. Had to cancel everything and start all over. Now with a different company. Greetings to Greetz, NEVER again !!

I had ordered a personalized Mothers day mug with Family picture added, when my mother in law unwrapped it ,unknown people were on mug( who probably got mine!!)
send Greetz a message and i was told product no longer available if i would make different order,( no offer was made to find the mistake) as I did, only the order was 17,00 euros more than my previous order (for compensation of not able to get the same product i thought) but Greetz said no to this and could only give me a voucher for the purchase amount or a other present for this amount,…
I did order a other lesser value product (none Available for purchase price)
but will not deal with Greetz again, as i am living overseas and should be able to trust a company like this .

Did use Greetz before and have been happy. However last week my parents received something different than what I ordered and with a card that was not ordered neither written by me. They received a card that was obviously meant for somebody else! Not so happy 鈽癸笍
