Started their service in June 2020 and was very happy with the company and service. But life happens and my husband was laid off work due to the pandemic. We were planning to restart service as soon as his company opens back up, but they still charge us an early termination fee. They did cut it in half after my husband talked to them, but I don't think I will be starting the service backup after the hoops my husband had to go thru get them to understand our problem. Also kinda misleading pricing. You pay a large startup fee then they charge you monthly but only come once a quarter per year, which adds up to the startup fee per quarter and it's only outside spraying after the startup. Would have made more sense to me to have the quarterly fee and not monthly. They do come out if you notice additional pests during the quarter and call them about it.
