I use to live in the Philippines and never knew about moringa. Wish I had. Your product appears to be top of the line and your manufacturing procedures suggest that your equipment will produce and package the highest quality available any where. Before finding your website I was going to buy this from another country. I can only hope that your product is as fresh and pure as you have written in your online sales presentation to a new buyer like myself.

The information is good and detailed. Sometimes the website didn’t load properly. I couldn’t see the description on some products. I am using an iPhone and had to go from mobile to desktop settings.
Also many products were out of stock. An email wish list would be nice items that are out of stock. When the items return the system automatically sends to customers. The customer doesn’t have to keep checking back.

Love the tea. Both my mom and I drink it once daily. Also, so happy the soap nuts are back in stock.

I’ve ordered for the first time and am sure I’ll be a repeat customer with this product as well.

It is an expensive product but customer services are always there to help you and answer your questions, they made me feel safe with my purchase .

I have ordered my Moringa powder here before, I believe it's the best and the color is a beautiful bright green not brown like other brands can be. Love this Moringa 🙂 thank you so much

Product availability is not so great. Felt like I was in a lottery for Moringa, so that I didn't have to grossly overpay for the same product in a different form. Customer service did email me back with an estimate of the timing, but they were curt and I felt they could've followed up once the product was back in stock.

You are out of stock of many products I wanted. Most frustrating. I wanted to try the soap nuts/moringa peppermint bar soap. I wanted the moringa powder and had to settle for the ultra fine 150 gram size.

Site was very easy to navigate and provided lots of information. First time using so I hope I like the product!

There were other products that I was interested in purchasing, but stated that they were out of stock. I wanted to avoid purchasing individual items in order to make them into a combo set. This defeated the purpose for offering combo deals vs obtaining the products on an individual bases only to 'try' to create a combo.

I did not like the request for a donation for Adblock? The shipping is also rather high. These two events will force me to look at other bath soap.

Nice to find a sample product offering so my mom could try them out and see if they would work. Shipping was reasonable and quick, the website easy to navigate.

Would appreciate more discounts coupons. Had been waiting for a discount coupon to appear via email and haven't received any. Shortly (matter a fact a couple days later I received one and expired the next day or two). I wasn't too happy.

I felt uncomfortable because it made me put my pass word in twice for PayPal. Wondering if it billed me twice….

I love the GVP Safe and the prior formula. I appreciate having one non-toxic product that can do so many cleaning tasks. I'm even using it as hand sanitizer now.

I did not have any problems while ordering. I have heard so many great things about this oil, so I want to give it a try. Maybe later I will, look into some more products, but for now this will do.

Going through the process was a nightmare. I kept trying to sign in, but it wouldn't accept my password. So, I tried to reset my password but it just kept circling back asking for but not accepting my password. It wouldn't let me set up a new account. I finally had to proceed as a guest. Also, your shipping charges are outrageous!

It was a bit difficult trying to order by using a cell phone. I never saw the 20% off code that was at the bottom of the email. I had to log onto a computer to see the entire screen.
