I provided all documents requested before my first deposit and this was verified quickly. Since then I have had 2 good wins. I explained to them that my transferwise account did not support withdrawal payments yet they still persisted in sending the funds four times each time bouncing back and returning the 400 to my account balance.

This is false advertising and incredibly misleading, what the advert should really say is deposit 拢350 and get 拢10 free.
Also in the case of admiral casino the are offering 40 free spins and after you win on these spins you can't actually use the money or withdraw it in any way.
