Cab booked on account through Greentomatos from Science Museum on account for 23:30. Needed to chase. Confirmation text from Brunel cabs who are presumably sub contracted. Eventually at 01:00 I find out the driver informed the office it was cancelled. I strongly suspect the driver deliberately cancelled due to the distance (Heathrow). One and a half hours of waiting later contact Get taxis who arrive in 3 minutes.

Made a journey on the 25/7/19 and the driver had stink attitude and mannerisms towards me and my partner. We feel it is because we are of a black race. Over the phone he was normal, without attitude then when he saw our faces that is when everything changed. He was driving really fast and swerving alot considering i am (pregnant too), not that the driver should know this because all drivers should be careful on the road. However, We opened the windows he closed them straight away and throughout the journey i was PURE silence.

Wont be using This company again. If one driver is like this why wouldn't they employ other drivers the same?

Worst people in the car business. They just want to eat money and when I tried to convience them that it was not my fault, why you did so they said, we had to do that.

The issue was that I ordered an MPV for transporting my stuff from one home to another, and they booked saying I will get an MPV but when I saw, I received 2 cars with 2 drivers and then when it came to paying, I paid and drivers said company will refund me but in real when I called the company, they said that they cannot refund me because they had to pay both the drivers because I used both cars. It was the company who sent 2 cars when I asked for 1 big car. So where does my mistake come in. I hate to say but they company is degrading in its rules and manners. I will never use their service again in future.
