Contacted Green Thumb on several occasions before Christmas – no reply. 5th January received a reply stating that someone would be in touch. No response. 7th January I phoned & was told that their Operations Manager would contact me immediately to arrange a quotation. No reply. Absolute waste of space – they do not deserve any new business. Looks like I am not on my own as far as similar experiences are concerned.

Emailed this business TWICE, regarding them possibly being of service to me and I heard absolutely NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH from them.

I was totally ignored and disregarded and found them incredibly rude in doing so!

I was due to have October treatment, they did not turn up. Sent sever emails no response phoned the South Gloucester branch nobody replied, will be cancelling my DD if not had a call by end November.

I joined a few of years ago, they did come every 3 or 4 months but all I got was a handful of treatment mixture tossed on part of the lawn, taking 3 minutes max. When I cancelled my membership in August having paid by direct debit 拢7 pcm till that date and having had 2 visits ie a half year- they created a debt of 拢23 . Creative accounting- I paid just to get rid of them.

Disgraceful administration and customer service.
Invoiced for work I had cancelled a week before and since then I have tried 30+ times to get hold of someone at the Oxford branch, emailed four times, called Head Office three times who keep promising they will get someone to call, no answer from Accounts and cherry on the cake was no answer from the Customer Relations department!
Would not use them ever again as there are plenty of much more professional organisations out there.

sent an email about 4 weeks ago, made 5 subsequent phone calls and still not received even a courtesy reply back despite saying it was extremely urgent as my garden was being decimated. Promised of the Rugby Manager Shane ringing me and still nothing. Very disappointed. Rang Top Grass, they immediately answered the phone, booked me an appointment for 2 days later, attended appointment and are now sorting my grass as have major Chafer problems.

Green Thumb are a complete waste of time.
Multiple calls to their 鈥渃o-ordination鈥?centre, emails apparently sent to local offices but no one can be bothered to contact me. If I were a Franchisee I鈥檇 want my money back.

Been a customer for many years and no issues. since the last year, numerous appts missed. Most recently they came in April 2020 which was fine, then in September i got an invoice stating i owed them 2 payments when they only came in September 2020, They were suppose to come in June 2020 but they never turned up, adamant that they did, but what they don't fail to notice is we have cameras and a ring doorbell which proves they never turned up. since the takeover, the company is run by imbeciles and is a complete shambles!!

Green Thumb have treated my lawns for quite some time but recently they have gone down hill. I recommended a neighbour to them and a few days ago after the last treatment they sent my invoice to my neighbour with my bank details, I tried calling them but all I got was that they would call me back. Nothing. My neighbour has wrote to them mentioning the Data Protection Act and I have sent them a registered letter cancelling my contact. I do not expect a reply. Their customer service is disgusting.

Waited all day for the second time since joining and no one has turned up, spoke to sum1 just after 4pm who gave usual lies as per my first let down. Promised that they would call me bk shortly and advise which has not happened and now their office is closed.
Spent alot of money to have the grass scarified & re seeded, after almost 6 weeks hardly nothing has grown there. If you reading Green Thumb your poor services are no longer required, you shall also be losing the business of my neighbour. We wud rather pay more than use your lousy, lying & unreliable services.

They killed my lawn by pouring too much weed killer on it. After 6 weeks of repeated phone calls I had to threaten legal action before they finally sent someone to have a look. They did reseed it, but now I have to get up at 6 am EVERY morning for 3 and a half weeks to water it before the sun gets too strong, as well as watering every evening too.
Apparently they are supposed to give out timer sprinklers, but they have killed so many lawns they have none left!
Don't think this misery came cheap…….
Unbelievably I paid about 拢150 over the last year for them to KILL my grass, and for the miserable hours spent phoning and watering.

They are useless since changing to a head office system. It took weeks to get a reply in February 2020. Called local number and its diverted to HQ who don't answer. Email reply takes weeks or not replied to. Eventually had visit early April promised to call 10 weeks later for 2nd treatment. That didn't happen. Repeat of Feb phone nothing; email took over two weeks. Chap arrived 15 weeks after 1st visit to weed kill & fertilize not Scarify, aerate ect as advised. Nice local man but useless company. Can not recommend.

I use the services of Redcar Greenthumb and they are fantastic. I was concerned that the weed treatment wouldn鈥檛 take due to light rain on morning it was done. Not an issue they re sprayed FOC a fortnight later. Always on time and never miss a treatment date. Get useful reminders by email and txt. Fab Redcar team. Well done.

Green thumb longlevens Gloucester,despite promises of a lush weed free lawn,12 months later it is in a far poorer state than it was,terrible patches everywhere and one of the most grumpy employees I have ever encountered,I have sought advice from some gardeners and intend trying to remedy myself,can鈥檛 say much good about them

Awful company! Not accredited with Better Business B. nor do they care about complaints or customers, only money they scam off people. Reviews on the Green thumbs website are fake as we sure can't find where to post review on Green Thumbs scam website. Been waiting over 2 and a half weeks for plants. Asked to cancel 2 times & company printed ship label after telling them we don't want the plants due to how long it has been. Then they hurry up & send them through the post office, still don't have them. Now company offering free shipping over $125 when we had to pay $13 for shipping. Awful customer service, very rude. Now have to send plants back & wait for refund & that's when & if we ever even get them. Could of bought plants cheaper at my own nursery & had them here & planted 3 weeks ago. We will be writing the BBB & pissed consumer websites to complain about this company. Very rude emails were sent , very snotty stuck up conceited people. Really regret giving even a penny to this rude company.
Plants we waited for 3 weeks for, just arrived in a box the size of 2 loaves of bread stacked on top of each other , box was smashed and about the weight of a loaf of bread, how 40 bushes were crammed in that little dinky box? I don't know, we refused delivery & now are waiting for a refund from company which am sure that will take forever too. Am guessing it was a box of twigs or sticks. Do not buy from this company these sticks or twigs are not worth the money.

I have been dealing with Anthony Desmoni of Royalty Plumbing since 2014. I had gone through many plumbers since 1998 so when I found Anthony I was overjoyed. Anthony offers top rate customer service to his clients and that is very difficult to find in today's world. He is beyond trustworthy; he knows the mechanics of plumbing like the back of his hand and he is FAIR! If you have any issues with your plumbing, Anthony is there to assist. Trust me you need not try any other plumbing service! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you do decide to go with another plumbing company, well that will be a big mistake.

Horrible company. They rip you off and dump the grass wherever. Ordered twice and they delayed my order for a week after paying over a $1,000. Truly a trash company to order from. Run elsewhere and save your money!!

I have been with green thumb in the Gosport area for a number of years, with no complaints. We get the same guy every time who loves to chat and has time for a coffee. My lawn always looks nice comes the summer.
Everyone must remember it's the times we are living in at the moment, so customers must be patient as they have had to jiggle rounds and shut certain locations to keep staff on. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

We contacted Green Thumb last week and were given a slot for someone to come to assess our lawn this morning. No exact time was given. I called the company at 11:51 to find out if the appointment was still in place. We had a phone call informing us that the person is not coming! Unreliable and unprofessional customer service!!!

We have used the services of Green Thumb for approximately 10 years and never had any issues during this time, but the franchise was terminated for what ever reason and since then it has become atrocious.

The communication is diabolical with appointments not being kept and re- bookings also not confirmed or following up being implemented.

We had a situation whereby we waited in all day for our treatment and received a text at 4.00pm to inform us that it had been rescheduled.
We contacted the call centre to ask the reason as to why it had been cancelled, but no reliable explanation was given or a follow up call, which we had requested was implemented.

When we did receive some treatment in the early part of the year which included scarification and aeration from one of the grumpiest men I have encountered, which began with a greeting of 鈥業ve just been to a house which was full of moss鈥?and couldn鈥檛 smile for the life of him.

We will be looking for an alternative supplier for sure.

Extremely disappointed.Supposed to come 6times a year.Got completely out of sync in 2019 resulting in 3treatments in one week in October.Since then nothing heard but payment taken every month from DD

Tried to contact end of April.No reply. Have now cancelled. AVOID

Complete waste of money. This company was recommend to me by someone at work, my lawn was a mess, after 10months on the enchanced plan and them coming to try and scarify twice after the country had been under water with flooding. But being told the lawn was too long they couldn't do it.

I called to say the lawn had been mowed, heard nothing, called again and told the job had been done when it hadn't.

Cancelled the Dd, now expecting a refund on 1st May. My lawn looks just as bad as ever. I earn minimum wage, and folkedout 拢15 per month for this. Dont waste your money!
