What we have experienced thru their customer support is without any doubt the best from any telco provider I have ever met. Even better than B2B with 24/7 support contracts (and I have dealt with quite a few operators in several countries).
Unexpectedly quick handling of issues, at their expense (even that the fault laid on a supplier of them). Friendly, helpful and kind staff, who obviously care and do what needs to be done, and follows up to inform and confirm that issues have been resolved.

Keep up the good work guys.

If you cancel your subscription the charge 50 dkk to pay you the money that you have in your account. Never again greentel.dk.

Update:
The important thing here is to show you that the Fee is unfair. Now, I have read that the fee is in your price list. But I did not when I decided to move to your company, because you are not expecting creatives ways to take money from you.
You offer GRATIS oprettelse, but you take the chance to get that money anyway.
