On 04/05/14 I ordered 4 bottles of Biona Tart Cherry Juice 1000 ML. I received the confirmation from Paypal immediately. Several days later there was still no response from greenstarnaturalstore. So I emailed them via the contact page (I think altogether 3 times). Still no response. I also phoned maybe 3 times, but on these occasions, got a prompt answer. On the last call (on a Monday 11/05) I was told that the product was out of stock and that they would refund me (as they did not know when it was going to be available again). It was (and is) still up on the website though. By the following Sunday 17/05, I had still not got the refund. So I sent an email to their greenstarnaturalstore email address on the Paypal receipt saying that 鈥淚f this has not been resolved by this Wednesday 20/05/15 I will be contacting Paypal and my Credit Card Company鈥?
Well.. Almost instantly I got the refund! So I still do not know what was going on as I got no explanation.
The product is still available on the website.
I may place an order with them again, but this sort of thing certainly does not inspire confidence.
