They are a very good product. The only downside is they charge you the 40% sales tax. That really hurts your pocket book. That's why I'm changing over to Fin. Fin is also a great ecig and I'm hoping they don't do the same thing.

I'm extremely disappointed in Green Smoke, they use to be absolutely amazing. All their customers loved their customer service and their products, but ever since Nu Mark LLC (which is owned by Philip Morris tobacco company) bought Green Smoke, it has been TERRIBLE.
Customer Service became almost non-existent, the products became much worse (cartomizers not lasting as long and the batteries don't last as long either anymore). Not only that but they completed ruined the wholesale side of the business too as they no longer accept new traders. They also don't allow people to buy from them unless you reside in America. There are SO MANY bad things going on with this company that I am both shocked and disgusted.
Nu Mark LLC / Philip Morris has DESTROYED this once; wonderful company. Shame on them.

Having been a regular customer for many years, I am appalled at the present state of this company – from the quality of the product to the barely-existing customer service. Last couple of years has been steadily down the hill – the cartridges hold less and less, the battery life is shortened; if & when they bother to respond to inquiries, it is usually after a week or two. It took almost a month to register the return of the recyclable cartridges, only to have 0 points applied to the account. Now they also blame the CA e-cig regulations – each order, prior to being shipped out, has to be confirmed by phone; in case you miss the call, they do not ship. Their Facebook page has been closed down due to excessive complaints and negative reviews; on their web page they keep only the 5-star reviews, and it was impossible to review them anywhere else (til now).
Years ago, this was a solid company with a good product; with the new ownership/management came the array of problems. Worse yet, they refuse to acknowledge them and, quite frankly, I don't think they care.
