Absolutely disgusted with this company my elderly parents spent 拢1,060 with this company for a scooter that was far from perfect , things were wrong from the start missing screws , the plastic wasn't even fixed on properly , the Speedo not working so an engineer call out and while he was trying to fix the scooter broke the break in the process
I decided to contact the company as it was totally unusable as no breaks said I wanted them the pick it up and requested a full refund , the came and collected the scooter said refund within 7 days , that came and went with no refund so alot of emails later they said it will be refunded in 30 days in line with the law , 30 days have now been and passed with no refund , sent emails made calls and twice they said it would be in 3-5 working days
Still no refund today
Do not buy anything from these people they rip you off and you have to constantly ring and email to get any reply and they just fob you off
I will be taking it further for my parents as alot of money to lose as they are in their 80s they should be ashamed of themselves they don't even deserve a 1 star

The man who delivered my scooter was very pleasant but from then everything went downhill. The batteries failed and were replaced at my expense for 拢300 by a local company. The scooter seems quite a good product but the service is terrible. They ignored my threats to instigate legal action as they probably know the court costs are more than 拢300 so I will gain nothing. This company are amazing in their lack of customer care and the guarantee is worthless so beware

wasted my money buying a mobility scooter from this company cant get things resolved now my scooter is just sitting around waiting to get something done but don't seem to get anywhere am stuck with an exspensive scooter which I cant do anything with it am just self stuck with it till they do some thing a bout it

Bought a tandem scooter from green power in April 2018 an had more problems with it it's caused me injuries because of the electrical faults they are not fit for purpose they are dangerous machines they are ignorant arrogant people who you try to talk to these tandem scooters are illegal in this country. Be very carfufull what you buy from them they have ripped me off and tried a second time on parts it's taken up to now 12 weeks for a new part which I still haven't got. I bought parts my self at less than a third of there's I've seen more compaints against them Could some one from trust pilot contact me buy pH please

How you are getting away with selling illegal scooters and not paying vat but it will all come out I court

Just found my neg fb has been ILLEGALLY removed from ebay. Which proves what a load of rogues GPT are.
This company sell disability scooters which mine was unfit for purpose. After only 5 miles use the the fob stopped working so I could not switch off the power. So had to be on constant charge. When the seat got wet water got into seat pad VERY uncomfortable.
They will not supply more than 1 key and 1 fob with original order. Usual standard practice is 2 sets of keys and fobs or more. You can order more at around 拢90 the pair.
They will NOT supply user manual that will explain: How to remove wheels in case of a puncture. How to change bulbs. The tyre pressures. Jacking points. Fault finding.
If you need an engineer to attend to service the scooter it costs 拢199.
I suggest if you wish to buy a mobility scooter you check the seller will include more than 1 set of keys and a user manual with the above info is included in purchase plan.
Updates. I will add here as more problems arise.

They will not give me the info above.
The scooter is now not working as electrics are faulty. The fob and key do not work.
Eventually a very helpful engineer arrived has now found the problem which was a button on the fob was stuck in so constantly sending that command so could not send other commands. It was not obvious the key was stuck down. He tried to fix the fob but he could not. I now have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for new fob to arrive and consequently can't use my disability scooter. By the time fob arrives the scooter will have been unusable for a month.
Thank heavens I bought through ebay. I'm now waiting for them to collect faulty mobility scooter and should soon get full refund from ebay.
The scooter was collected yesterday.
Immediately after collection I got an email which stated they got a 2 day extension from ebay to collect. Then I got a call from engineer to arrange the collection which I refused :-))))
Then an email to say I would get my refund in 5 to 7 working days.
It seems this company doesn't know what the left hand is doing from the right hand.
Just got my full refund from ebay Yipeeee. GPT used blackmail by refusing to help me until I cancelled ebay refund. I just ignored them. In ebay terms that was "Extortion"
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY PRIVATELY. Use EBAY if you must buy from them.
