Great customer service Jeanne was awesome I had some duds and they replaced them. Don't look anywhere else this is bomb genetics.

Sadly resorting to coming here to see if I can get a response from greenpoint. This is my third order from them. First two were flawless deliveries with great customer service.
Didnt have to wonder about anything. They let me know where my package was every step of the way. This third order they told me I was marked paid in late January for seeds to be released February 2nd. Now nothing. I'm reserving the right to upgrade this if their customer service gets their act together. 406Dan

Strains are fantastic, shipping is immediate and discrete. The lady in customer service does an especially good job, assures the orders are correct and really seems to care about the individual customer.

As soon as I read the reviews and their promise to deliver the best customer service, I was "on the hook" so to speak. No seedbank Is that dedicated to its customers at all. I browsed their website wondering why they had such a small selection then I saw the lineage no matter what strain you choose you can find a cross of whatever strain you want. I almost died of laughter when I saw the "clip" from step brothers so you would think their staff isn't too uptight. And the snow graphics are comparable to any of the latest video game. I haven't spent a damn dime and I am this imprest not to dick ride but I don't see this type of effort from any other seedbank. So thumbs up for now. I can't wait to put them through the wringer to see how they hold up.I'll update the results when I order.
