well I have owned this set of green pans for about 3 months read all of the instructions I do everything they asked of there customer I payed over $300.00 for the set and I am not happy with them at all everything sticks to them I use more oil then ever that advertisement where they show you where the eggs just slide around I don't know what product they are using but it is not green pan I am very disappointed

Worst pans ever, they burn everything whilst on a high heat. Totally useless and not fit for purpose

WORST pans ever. After only 5 months of use, the pans are SO sticky that I can't even cook a fried egg properly even with oil. How can you call yourself a pan brand when there is simply no possibility to cook with your products ? Will never buy them again in my life and will make sure to share this bad experience with everyone I know.

About 2 years ago I purchased a set of magneto green pan frying pans. These are honestly the best frying pans I have ever purchased. I always let them cool before cleaning them, don鈥檛 leave them dirty overnight and I soak them in warm water with some detergent before wiping. 2 years on, apart from a few chips where I have stacked them on top of each other, they genuinely look like they did the day I bought them.

Thought I was buying a decent set of pans. Spent far more on them than I normally would 3 pan set large frying pan and small one. All have held up well. Silicone utensils only and washes by hand. Not even put them in dishwasher. The saucepans are great. Coating has remained in place. Large frying pan is ok. Small one however is crap! Sticks like hell. Worst pan I鈥檝e ever had. Even cheaper ones don鈥檛 stick like this. Next stop to notify Greenpan and ask what they will do absolutely it

Worked well for around a year then failed terribly sticks more thanks plain non stick pan , surface appears to be in good condition without staining so not sure if carbonisation is the issue here or just poor quality

They may not release harmful toxins or whatever they claim, but we have definitely eaten out fair share of Teflon coating, which I am sure is pretty harmful! All pots written away on the interior after only a year. Only used silicone instruments to sir then, so it is definitely the fault of the pans.

Terrible! Spend your money elsewhere.

These pans are a con, and they're customer service is a joke.
Basically I bought a 3 pan set of frying pans, all 3 have failed as they started sticking.
They replaced them all as and when they started failing, however the replacement pans they sent started to lose their coating, spots where appearing on the surface.
I contacted customer service, and I could not believe their response.
They admitted there had been a manufacturing fault with a batch of pans, but it's their policy not to replace a pan that has already been replaced…unbelievable.
Please avoid these pans they are crap just check out the reviews on them

Worst pans ive ever purchased. Sticked right away, because basically useless after first use. Threw them away.

Bought 2 of these of different size, they were good to start, but after a few months I could not use them as everything was sticking so bad, even with loads of oil. Contacted CS who were brilliant and sent replacement, which were newer model. Hope with extra care these will last longer.

It was good the first 10 times but after that everything sticks to it. Had to replace it after 2 months. Can't get in touch with customer service either.

Anti stick worked well for a while, but after 6 months its completely gone. Wrote to customer service in July 2018, and also replied some additional questions from CS, but haven't heard anything still

Bought two pans. Antistick coating was initially great but it only lasted two or three times. Afterwards the pans actually became "superstick". They had been washed very gently as instructed, made no difference. Got in touch with customer service who agreed to send replacement which never arrived. I tried to contact again several times and received no answer. Complete joke of customer service.

I love my GreenPan products. Great cooking and even better cleaning. Not dishwasher safe but that's okay. Cleaning is easy. Truly nonstick.

I love this cool ware. The pans cook evenly, heat well. Easy to clean. I bought a set and love them. The seller was great. The purchase and delivery was easy.
