Love 2 things about this website:
1) Each product has a little short note – describing its eco impact or what it may mean to buy this product – this is very interesting because it feels like someone personally describing the benefits with genuine information without the sales pitch
2) excellent customer service- I ordered for some food item, it ran out of stock, I substituted my order and then i got the wrong item – now as per fda or whatever food items cannot be returned, so I wrote to them and in 5 mins (yes that fast) I had a personal email from their VP apologizing for the mistake, issued me 100% refund plus a gift cert too (they said we cannot repay you back for the time you've lost with us, so here is a gift cert) – this is super, I have been floored
