On March 2nd, I checked this website and thought that I was truly purchasing a yorkie puppy Brandi. I paid Cody from my Zelle app to a different email ([email聽protected]) that he gave me to pay through and he said that the yorkie puppy Brandi would arrive that night. Then it was supposed to be the next night. It's March 8th and still no puppy. When I texted and told him that I wanted my money back, he became upset, agitated, and would not give me a refund. The next day he claimed that I had not paid him. So I had to show him all kinds of proof that I had. He claimed that the money did not make it to his account and he texted me a picture of a account which did not look like his. He kept claiming that he had to check and verify. He would not allow me to call him on the phone. Just text. He kept telling me to trust him. He supposedly is using a company called, [email聽protected], to deliver the puppy to my house. Supposedly the address is ****** Main Street, Fairfax, VA
and I believe that they are a fraudulent company. This company states that they use Continental and/or Delta Airlines to transport puppies. The guy who calls me from that service has this phone number: 1(757)276-3073, Boykins, VA. They claimed to have flown from VA to KY and are supposedly now in TN. They were supposed to bring the puppy this late night, Sat., March 7th, at around 10:45 pm. This individual keeps saying that the puppies have to have a physical check at each stop. He's argumentative as well. I realize that I have been lied to and cheated out of my money. The pet moving company demanded my id and credit card and without my permission made several charges for which I called my credit card company to report the fraud charges on my account for which they closed that account and told me that I would not be responsible for those charges. This pet moving service guy wanted money for pet insurance and I said absolutely not. I told Cody that today, I was done and that I want a refund.
