It's a scam. You'll never receive your product. The contacts are all fake.

Total scam. Would give zero stars if I could. I read the mixed reviews and figured if I use Paypal I'd be protected. Thankfully I did and I was.

The Greenjad site LOOKS legit but take a minute to click on the the social media links on top right and through their various categories, like "Affiliates" at the bottom and you'll find the links go nowhere or just include jibberish/space holder text.

The phone number listed on bottom of site is bogus as well – disconnected. Ph: 336-938-3829

I should have known better.

I contacted seller 3 times through email but no reply. Filed a claim with Paypal. They gave seller 10 days to reply, he didn't, and they refunded my money.

Save yourself time and frustration: DON'T purchase from this scammer.

This company is for all practical purposes out of business, but they don't stop trying to get your money. Tried ordering a pressure washer, got a email receipt, but in about a week I tried to contact this company about delivery, but emails bounce and the phone number on the Web site is not in service. I put the purchase on my credit card and am pursuing a stop payment on the transaction. I was first suspicious when the credit card payment came up showing a woman's name instead of the name of the company. Beware of any purchase from this company, it may have been legit at one time, but now it's a total scam. I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Michigan, I would advise anyone who has suffered at the hands of this company to do the same, they should be put out of business and brought up on fraud charges.
An update on this attempted purchase, very bizarre, date is 5/10. With no communication about delivery details, shipping, etc., the pressure washer showed up at my door a few days ago. The rub, it came through a Staples order. Talked to Staples and they said the charges of $174 were billed to some guy in North Las Vegas whom I've never heard of. My charge for the unit, had it gone through, would have been $110. So, are they selling me a unit at a huge loss out of kindness, or is this some other type of fraud. My best guess is that they had the poor guy in Las Vegas's credit card number and billed it illegally to him, only idea I could come up with. Staples was kind enough to send me a free return label and said they would refund the purchase price to the guy in Las Vegas. I hope that I am through with this escapade.

I ordered a Sun Joe 14 in 12 amp Corded Electric Walk Behind lawn mower. When I attempt to call the phone number on the digital receipt and website (336-938-3829) , it states that the number is 鈥渘ot in service at the moment鈥? I have sent emails also, with no response. It has been nearly a month and I have received nothing. The company is a scam.

Wish I could give it no stars!! Placed an order 6 days ago. Still processing, no response from customer service. Tried calling phone number, its no longer in service.

I was VERY skeptical of this website, but I was using Paypal so I knew they would protect me. The Paypal address for the company is completely Random, It just a person's name, it is not associated with the company.

I ordered an electric lawn mower, because it was significantly cheaper than any other website. It shipped almost immediately. I think I received a notification that night, and it was tracking within 36 hours. The other strange part of ordering was that the package shipped DIRECTLY from Walmart.com with a Walmart shipping address. But the lawn mower arrived, brand new in original package.

No idea what this company is or how they operate, but I received what I ordered with no problem, but I remain skeptical

I ordered a pressure washer, but not received, I continued to contact the customer service, they apologized but no refund, I am now continuing to contact Paypal, but looks that paypal could not deal with it either, they must have a fake paypal account !! After waiting for the seller for over one week, Paypal decided to return money to me as seller dare not to reply

I ordered an electric lawnmower to be sent via free shipping to my daughter in Spokane WA. The item, I assume, was shipped and I followed tracking from New Jersey, out to Oregon and then the shipment was returned to New Jersey via Billings MT. When I contacted FedEx, I was informed the package was being return to New Jersey on request of the shipper (GreenJad). I have tried several times to contact GreenJad via email which is their only form of communication other than txt over a phone line that is answered by a txt only message. I am contacting my credit card to file a grievance as well as PayPal. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company.

PayPal was able to facilitate a complete refund of money spent.
