I had car insurance with this company for 8 years. They charge 拢30 admin charges for the slightest little change, even if you change it yourself at the self service centre online. The renewal prices each year are normally 拢200-拢300 MORE than the previous year so DO NOT let your policy automatically renew. When you call and question the amount, they miraculously manage to reduce the price to your original yearly amount. Also Beware as they keep your debit/credit card details on file and take payments if a direct debit fails. They are a company with very few or no scruples and are as helpful as a Chocolate Teapot.
