I like this software but have recently ran into and issue and trying to find actual contact detials for support is a joke. Considering people are almost always going to be trying to contact them during their working day this is just EXTREMELY POOR. I've wasted half an hour so far trying to find a contact email due to a serious issue with custom questions (serious being that some candidates seem to be able to skip our GDPR privacy question despite it being mandatory to answer) and all I do is go round in circles on their seld help articles. I'm highlighting this on my next call with our HR VP. I'm more than a little annoyed that I meed to waste time trying to get in touch when I'm so busy when it should be two or three clicks to contact them at most.
