I just purchased a WordPressHosting Plan this year and I am very happy and content with the service provided untill now.
The support was and is normally replying withing a few minutes in detail to any query (before and after the purchase of the service) and is also very quick in resolving any problem or doubt.
Additionally they keep their word/are honest concerning price and provided services (no hidden fees or restrictions).
In conclusion I am very content and happy with the service provided untill now.

Of all hosting services I have experienced, Greenhost.eu have the most available and friendly support team. They take the time to understand your challenges and fix them for you. I strongly recommend them!

Unprofessional.
I cancelled immediately after purchase because I was not happy with their services but they kept taking money from my PayPal account.
Support didn't get back to me for one (!) month and only replied when I told them I had reported them to PayPal.

It was not so fast in creating it but they have excellent problem solving and it鈥檚 everything ok till now.

26+ hours outage on 2nd March 2020 on Frankfurt server. Lack of communication during period. Not a single word of apology. On request to terminate account but allow time for migration GreenHost closed my account immediately and without warning. Again, that lack of communication. Lack of transparency is troubling; backend showed no disruption to service for first 15hours of downtime. Further more statements on site about a specific German datacentre being powered by hydro-electric make no sense when they are expanding to data-centres in UK and globally. This company is learning on its feet and customers are paying the cost in downtime.

Excellent hosting company. GreenHost.eu offers are reasonable and affordable..

And for the moment (7 months of use) I'm very happy with the service: fast server, Cpanel (goodbye OVH and its rotten interface), customer service that answers in 24 hours (goodbye OVH and its 72 hours of waiting for an answer).

Frankly, I recommend it, you can go without fear but I remain vigilant and hope that the service does not degrade over time.

If this is the case, I will review my opinion but for the moment a clear round of the GreenHost team!!!!

It is a reseller hosting so experience is average… But it has been working alright so far. Support could be better and more responsive, but they only have two official employs, so you can expect reply from the one of the 2 owners of the company.
In the end, I know that I will be switching hosting company next year as this one, is not reliable enough for me.
*UPDATE*
It is actually sad, for me, to see "Greenhost" reply, saying that they are not reselling, even though I see that my domain is connected to Amazon Web Services, while their VPS Package connects to Hetzner's servers. Additionally, their privacy policy has no mention of giving away my data to Trustpilot.
Lies confirm my opinion to stay away from the hosting mentioned…

Lighting fast web upload and good transition of my website. All would be top star if there wouldn鈥檛 have been a deactivation of the website 36 hours after activation as Greenhost hadn鈥檛 recorded my invoice payment and suspended the web account despite them sending an email acknowledging receipt of the payment. Website was down for about 17 hours till, after several emails and offline chat messages, their support team reacted and reactivated the account. Otherwise good support for all other technical questions. Hopefully this was only a 鈥済litch鈥?

They have the best chat-based support ever and their services are very good. I would not change for any reason!
