I phoned this company because I was interested in switching credit card processing companies. Drew answered the phone. He couldn't answer any of my questions, so I asked him to put someone on the phone who can. He told me someone more knowledgeable would call me back. A little while later, Drew called again. I told him I don't want to speak with him and that I wanted to speak to someone who can answer my questions. Drew went on and on about how he was only on the job for 2 weeks and that he's trying his best. I told him that if he cannot answer my questions, what good is he? I then told him I would take my business elsewhere and hung up. Minutes later, "Nate" phoned me and was yelling at me because I didn't give Drew a chance to assist. WHAT???? I hung up on him also! He proceeded to call 2 more times, and I hung up on him again. He then wrote me a nasty email stating what a terrible person I am. WHAT???? If this is their first impression, guess what type of regrets you will have if you do business with this company??? *CONSUMER BEWARE *
