18th June. After ringing again I have just spoke to Nicholas, who is going to email me details of how much I am going to be offered as a refund. It'll take a few days to work out, but he could have told how much credit I would have received now. No interest in credit, I want my money back. All of it. You have failed to deliver the contracted holiday.

call them what you will. They gave us a holiday price, we booked it, they called back to say the price had gone up with the airline! They then said whilst on the phone, they had gone up again, and said that we had to pay for suitcase.
When they asked for the extra I said cancel it altogether then, they went off line came back and said the airline said they would pay the difference.
the holiday we had was poor quality hotel. With a 3 star rating. well there is 3rd star and there is no star! work that out for yourself.
Do not use any of the above agents.
they didnt send us an abta membership but i have found it you can complain to abta.

Staff were very pushy and impatient, I personally felt they were rude.
Got sold the all singing & dancing holiday but half of it was shut.. so we paid full price for half the holiday we were expecting.
Only reason I've added a star to the one I was going to give was they sorted new flights out & transfers due to the Thomas Cook carry on.
None the less I'll be giving them a miss next time.
