This company is all good until they add charges to your account bass on tax and size availability due to Denver rapid growth in city population ! !! Use public storage they are legit

Great clean and friendly service

Multiple times our autopay has cancelled despite our card not changing and due to their system resetting. Their online system is not user friendly and consistently locks out users and we have had to register account 3 times, and unless you go in they are unable to help over the phone.

I loved green box, till I was exposed to ugly side. I left a small bag and a pitcher outside but out of the way of hallway. My storage was unlocked. I went to the restroom and upon return, threatened by manager that they would throw my valuables in the dumpster next time. He said he almost did. He then gave me 1 week to move out.

My storage unit is next to a construction site (The Source) on Brighton Blvd in Denver. For the past 2 years there's been a thick layer of dirt on everything in my storage unit. I don't blame the management for creating the dirt problem but I do fault them for not sweeping the parking lot regularly to reduce the amount of dirt that winds up in storage units. Also, they recently changed to a new online payment system. They notified me in advance that I would have to set up my automatic payment again, but I had to wait a week before I could log in, so of course I forgot about it until the next month when I was notified that my payment was late and charged an extra $20. How about a friendly reminder for longtime tenants before you slap them with a $20 fee because YOU decided to change your payment system? There just doesn't seem to be a lot of customer courtesy here.

Great storage location and they really went above and beyond to help me get a storage unit the same day when abroad – returned recently and the location is so clean and well managed that I would be hard pressed to find any other storage company that would take as good care of the customer as well as their possessions. Their considerations for the environment and running solar are also a huge positive in my book.

Greenbox is a great solution to needing storage. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are awesome. I love the lower carbon footprint. I will absolutely store with Greenbox again the next time I go travelling.

Continual monthly price increases above & beyond comparable, competitive other business' make it difficult to continue to choose Greenbox Storage …

Bathrooms need attention. The lights in the bathroom have been blown out for months. The floor is not cleaned on a regular basis. I saw a piece of candy that was left on the floor for weeks. If possible get new bulbs for the bathroom. Also clean the floors and bathroom and stock the bathroom with toilet paper.

Great people to deal with, I never had an issue in three years.

I like it but it was better before when I can pay payments along the way a little bit at a time before the due date. I would like it if it went back to that.

Online reviews (and a bad experience with a different storage company) led me to Greenbox. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the onsite managers were at the two sites I visited and even more impressed with the environmental standards in place.

This place is a beautiful new facility, spotless.
Easy to get in and out of.

Have rented a space for 6 months. Looked at a few other places beforehand, even begun paperwork with one of them. When we visited this facility we rented a unit on the spot.
And the facility is a green facility…..not just the color?

I liked the facility but, my monthly rent went up so I had to move. It also did not help that hallway doors were painted shut which made moving items in and out so much more difficult. I would have stayed if the price was more competitive. Moving all that stuff almost killed me.

Originally moving in was easy. 6 months later they threatened to adding a monthly charge for insurance – without double checking that I have my own.

Also, the rates are going up. I have a sense that they do this often.

Make sure to lock in your rate for at least a year if possible.

Overall I DO NOT recommend Green Box SS
