Same story as most, ordered in November, didn鈥檛 receive till late January. Heating vest came without battery pack!!! WTH I鈥檝e emailed them multiple times they鈥檝e answered in Chinese twice!! Useless, so I guess 45$ down the drain. Very convincing Facebook ads, should be illegal also should mention your ordering from CHINA!!! Green bobs is a front for a POS Chinese company, that scams Americans by using social media ads featuring Caucasian people!!! I had no clue I was ordering outside our country!! I WAS SCAMMED!!! Don鈥檛 make the same mistake as me!!! Merry Christmas poor, cold husband who works outside!!! That was your gift 🙁

Terrible company! I ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas. I didn鈥檛 receive them until January. They came with NO battery pack & I was told by the company that I had to buy them. WHAT? That was not in the description! I can鈥檛 return them and can鈥檛 sell them cuz they don鈥檛 work. I鈥檓 so disappointed!!

Don鈥檛 do it. First, you鈥檙e dealing with China direct. No real chance to return anything. I was shorted an item, vest fit wasn鈥檛 close, and gloves did not work as advertised. They also insulted me with a $3 credit for my troubles. Delivery was around 2 months. DO NOT do business with theses crooks.

Greenbobs does not deserve even one star. These guys are the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life.

An order they said would arrive 12-16 days never did.
Greenbobs did not have the common courtesy to send an explanation note.

Greenbobs appears to be a front for some lame Chinese company that appears to be a total scam. A month and a half later I still did not receive what I ordered.

After contacting Greenbobs three or four times and receiving vague replies from someone at other email addresses other than Greenbobs as to where my merchandise was, I contacted PayPal and asked for a refund.

Interestingly enough a few days later part of my order arrived.
I ordered Size Large, and they sent me Size Large… but I guess it was a Chinese size Large because they did not come close to fitting.

Here's where Greenbobs got away with their scam… I complained again to PayPal about what had happened and that all I wanted was a refund. I was more than happy to send the too small clothing back to Greenbobs. PayPal asked me if I had received the merchandise from Greenbobs to which I replied "yes, in part." PayPal said I was now on my own because they had fulfilled their part of the agreement. What a total rip off.

Next step: I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund. Based on my explanation they credited me back with the total amount and asked me to fill out a claims form. Fortunately I saved most all of the emails I sent back and forth to Greenbobs over a two month period as documentation.

Now Greenbobs is whining because my credit card company pulled money out of their account and credited me back.

I am more than glad to waste even more time to send Greenbobs back their cheap and lousy merchandise but only at their expense.

I wish I would have read the previous reviews on this link before doing business with this sham company. Beware!

Terrible company! The items took over 7 weeks to get here. Then they did not ship everything. I did contact them and the jacket finally arrived. Nothing worked on the vest or jacket. I sent numerous e-mails asking about this – if it need some other type of charger that I was not aware of? I sent e-mails to every company involved and did not get any type of reply.

This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order for 3 vest on November 18 cause I wanted them for our xmass parade on Dec 7. They never came in. So I contacted them and asked where it was and it took over a week of a run around for them to say it hadednt shipped yet. So asked for a refund. They refused cause instead they clamed they shipped it. Well here it Feb 20 and I still have no vest and they refuse to give me my money back. They claim they can refund it minis the shipping fee and product cost. Witch is bull crap. I have over 60emails where I have asked for a refund and their lawers information for my lawer cause I am going to after them for my money and they refuse to give me it. Dont get caught up in thier scam guys

This company is a fraud and a sham. They have poisoned the well for me ever ordering off a social media (Facebook in this case) offering. This was supposed to be a Christmas present ordered in early November. Item never arrived despite multiple unanswered or half answered (in poor English) emails to them. Finally after enough, I filed a complaint through PayPal. All of a sudden I received an email indicating a shipping/tracking number that showed a delivery was made and an excuse that my neighbors must have taken in the package. How wrong is that??? None of my neighbors noted that the items (vest and gloves) were even at my door. Despite my complaint to PayPal, the issued was decided against me based upon a shipping number. That is just so wrong and a horrible way to do business (not Paypal's fault but from the vendor). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FOREIGN SCAM COMPANY!

Same story about vest as all the rest but here is the silver lining. I used PayPal. PayPal worked the dispute that finally resulted in them shipping it after the tracking record just sat for 8 weeks (I didn't want it by then realizing this was a scam – but PayPal had to give them a chance to send it) and returning it for refund. WhenI received the warming "vest" – the label they call this piece of junk – PayPal worked the dispute to return it. USPS was able to return it for $27.00 and PayPal will reimburse 12 return shippings per year for up to $30.00 each. My credit card would not have been able to reimburse the shipping. This company banks on you not sending it back. I would have paid shipping out of pocket even if I only made $5 with the refund from the company for merchandise just to keep them from keeping the purchase money. Lesson learned – research company first, don't buy off facebook, and again, a deal too good to be true is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE VEST SIZES ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CORRECT SIZES. HEATED VEST DOESNT COME WITH BATTERY. WEBSITE DOESN'T SAY TO PURCHASE SEPARATELY AND ALSO SHIPS FROM CHINA. SO TOOK OVER 8 WEEKS AND WILL ONLY REFUND IF I SEND BACK VIA DHL WHICH WOULD COST $99.

Terrible! Ordered a Christmas special vest in November… received in February. Ad shows power source…. nope. When I emailed… again… got this response
Thanks for your email. But the vest does not include power bank (please notice that the advertisement just shows how to make the vest work).
You can charge it via USB cable or buy a removable power in your local store .

Do not order from this site!!!!!! I ordered a vest mid Nov.for a Christmas gift. After numerous atemps to get a hold of greenbobs they emailed me on Dec 23rd and wanted me to check the tracking. Wow all of a sudden there was some movement in tracking in China!!! Again by mid Jan I tried several times contacting them and they have no communication with me. So I am out of $50 because of this scam!!!!

It took almost 3 months to receive the warming vest. Winter is almost over! I will never order from this site again. I wished I would have read all the review before I had ordered! Can't they be reported to the Better Business Bureau???

I ordered a heated vest from Greenbob. It didn't work. I e-mailed the 24 hr support 4 times in 2 weeks. No reply. I called my back to have them dispute the charges, what do you know! I got an e-mail from them today! 02/05/2020. Mind you this was a Christmas gift. It took over mo to get my money back and my bank had to do it. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I order first week of Nov with shipping cost they said will receive in 14 days.
They mailed 14th Dec after few email.
Received on Jan 22nd that鈥檚 also wrong one.
Can not get credit back because Shipping cost more than what I paid for.

Do not order from Green Bobs! I ordered a heated vest from Green Bobs. They state they want you to be 100% happy and returns and refunds are easy. They are not. The vest I ordered arrived after Christmas (5 weeks for delivery) website says 3. I no longer need the vest as I ordered another vest from another company and it arrived in 2 days. They will not return my email. I am stuck with a $50 vest which looks like it has tin foil on the back (heating element I suppose). The vest I ordered and gave as a gift was much nicer. More than a little disappointing.

This website is a scam. I ordered a vest on 11/27/2019 and didn't receive it until mid-January (which is too late to exchange or return according to their "policy". The size chart was not posted in a visible, easy to access part on their Instagram ad, so I ordered the wrong size. My boyfriend is an XL is basically any brand or type of clothing, but this was so small it barely fit me. According to the chart, he'd be a 4XL. I emailed the support e-mail on this website on 1/16, they replied on 1/19 asking if i checked the chart. I replied and explained and asked how I can exchange (not even return) it. No answer. I emailed again (with my order number and previous e-mails attached) on 1/22, 1/25, and 1/30. Still no reply. Hoping a bad review might entice them to answer since there's no number to call and the website is completely useless. If you're thinking of buying something on this site I'd suggest saving your money and going somewhere else. Again, it's a scam.

Wouldn't buy TP from this outfit

If I could give it a no stars I would. I ordered the vest and paid for express shipping and it took a month to get it and the vest didn't work. I got a run around from the company. They told me I have to pay to return it and it needs to be sent back with tracking. I went to the post office and it will cost 77.00 to send it back. I am out 47.98 the cost of the vest and the express shipping. Beware dont buy this trash

If I can give a 0 I would I ordered a jacket beginning of November still have not received it I鈥檝e emailed them at least 5 times and same response we are sorry it鈥檚 busy season but we will expedite your shipment here is the tracking number and all that states is sent December 23rd over a month after I ordered I鈥檝e asked for a refund more than once and still no response from company I will never order from this company again and I urge others not to waste your time try wish you get it faster I will seek further assistance from bbb

I ordered the couch cover and it is poor quality. I want to return for a full refund but no information is available. If anyone knows the address, please respond. Thanks

I WON'T order anything from them again

Same review as all the others I ordered in November received the end of January with no battery pack to charge it I also ordered gloves and socks and did not get the socks. I had ordered the heated jacket with sleeves and very small and very flimsy.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered in early November to ensure having them for a Christmas trip. I just received them Jan. 20th! They are suppose to be for adults and they dont even fit my small children! (2脳). They are CHEEP! I have been trying to have my money refunded since December with no avail. STAY AWAY!!!!!
