I have used Greenback for 4 years now to complete my US taxes while working in Australia. I find their systems have improved each year and are now super simple to use. I have had the same accountant during this time and she is excellent. D Smith is super responsive, supportive, clear in her communications and detail oriented.

Greenback Expat Tax Services is a great company! Trevor Clark was my accountant and he explained everything that I needed to do in order to correctly file my taxes. I am an American expat who lives in Germany and works in Kuwait, but with Trevor鈥檚 assistance I am completely caught up. The process was streamlined, the communication between us was constant, and Trevor was always available even though we have a six hour time difference. I will definitely work with him in the future, and would highly recommend Greenback Expat Tax Services to anyone who wants to get their taxes quickly filed at a reasonable price!

I needed tax advice on my situation being a Brit that lives in the USA with some complex cross-border tax issues. Scheduled a zoom call with "Tabitha" but she never showed up to the meeting – called them, emailed them – no response. Unprofessional. Should really do better.

After my former accountant quit as overseas taxpayer complications became "too much for her" I reseearched expat tax services and decided to try Greenback based on reviews.

Had to restate three years and catch up 2018, they were transparent, my tax person was very solid. I will continue to use. The online platform was easy to use. May use advisory in the future, have not tried but tax prep was smooth unstressful experience despite my complex situ.
