came to claim on my 5 year warranty as the washing machine i have bought is broken and the website is down and seems to have gone out of business

Greenandeasy phoned without delay to let me know they could only provide one of the 2 Ecosaver standby remote control sockets ordered online. I've found the battery included is dead so I'll get in touch with them again.

I have used this shredder for some time now and it has worked perfectly from day 1. Delivery was prompt and the company service was great.

We were told about the company and the log splitter by a friend and thought we would try it out . Fantastic web site, easy to find things , love the idea of a newsletter too. We ordered the log splitter and were amazed how quick we got it. The splitter is as easy to use as described , we have already told 3 other friends about the company .

The website stated delivery by first-class post and it was – less than 48 hours from order to receipt of goods. Not many online suppliers are as speedy and the goods were exactly as shown on the website.

I EMailed Greenandeasy to place an order Radflek Radiator Panels on the 11th November 2013 and I received my order on the 13th November, and a telephone call from them to see if they had arrived, which I call an excellent service.
I was given clear instructions to follow and found it very easy to assemble and fit them.
I have already found a difference in the heat in my rooms and find I do not have to have my heating up as high.So thank you Greenandeasy.
I have no hesitation in recommend them.

OMG what a great product . I've bought saws, axes, splitters, but nothing really worked then I found the Smart Log Splitter. Very easy to assemble, I had it up and working in about 15 minutes. Very impressed, I love using it.
It can be done anywhere I use mine in the garage, when the weather gets better il take it outside. It has made my life easier, it's hard work chopping wood with an axe, but not anymore!!!!

Nothing was too much trouble, whether phoning back 5/6 times about different stock models or ringing 3-4 times to make sure the delivery time and date met our deadline in a timeframe that worked for us.

Ordered a frying pan on Wednesday evening, had phone call half an hour later to say I had missed the post and it couldn't be dispatched until Thursday so might not be with me for the weekend. Wasn't too worried as wasn't anticipating any frying emergencies, but it arrived on Friday morning. Top marks for speed & efficiency – they obviously treatveverybcustomer as special.

I ordered a Liebherr freezer from Green & Easy. The customer service agent that took and processed my order was friendly, bright and informative. Delivery was OK – relatively on time – and they did install the freezer and remove the packaging – but were a little bit clueless (fitted it – and left the plug taped to the back and had to get it out again!) but – delivery is free so I'm not complaining at all!

The freezer is great – so much better than my old Hotpoint and I hope not costing me a fortune to run either!

I would use this company again and recommend them.

We were given a 2 hour slot for delivery by the Sprint delivery Company who rang two days prior to delivery to confirm. They rang again 30 minutes prior to delivery and our freezer was delivered and the old one taken away with a smooth and efficient service by their friendly staff.

Just about the smoothest transaction we have had.

Good site, prompt service would not hesitate to recommend Green and Easy to anyone

Delivery is always a major factor in consumer experience as having to take a half day holiday for delivery of goods is painful to say the least.

Not so with Green & Easy as I was telephoned 2-days before delivery with a 2-hour time-slot (between 7am and 9am can you believe it) and then texted the day before for further confirmation.

Delivery was 7:05am just perfect.

The driver even moved the freezer into position and took away the packaging.
