they lock you into a contract and then they don't give you what they promised or if they do actually give it, it is a substandard service!

I had a number of queries which were answered very promptly. My order then arrived within two days and was packed very well.

My order arrived the day after I ordered it (I ordered at 3pm on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday morning!). I also received double the quantity that I had ordered as they have a promotion running which I didn't even know about. Excellent service all round and I'll definitely be ordering again.
