Green Park

This company should be out of business. This should not be legal in Denmark. I have tried contacting several times nobody answers. I wanted them to call me back.

We live in apartment buildings where the owner has hired Green Park to regulate the parking. Having said that we were on vacation and came back Jan. 20 we received nor one but two "kontrolafgifter" one on Jan. 16 and one on Jan 18 and that is on our own parking where we live. This is because we did not renew our "氓rskort"even though we had the one from 2016 in our window visible indicating that we are living in the apartment building and that the car is NOT abandoned or someone just parked there. We have never been informed by anyone that we must re-new the "氓rskort" every year and it did not make sense because we live here, and like i mentioned we were on vacation for 5 weeks way before the new year which we have proof. I could have theoretically also been sick. I think is very unethical and wrong of Green Park to give someone not one but two fines on their own parking space for 750kr each for not having a renewed 氓rskort, not informed and we have good reason why it was not renewed. I tried calling the company several times and after being on hold for 20+minutes they tell you they cant answer their phones because they are busy. This business needs to be shut down as this is completely unjustified and scamming business. I cant believe that it is going on in Denmark. We are contacting our attorney on this one for sure and proper business authorities.
