Green Motion Montenegro

I am traveling on business purpose world wide. I have used many different companies and Green Motion experience is purely professional. What ever we agree it is being respected. Few times when I was late, I got even upgrade!

Why do I have to give them 1*?
The car I was given was massively clocked, 150,000 km in 2014, 105,000 km in 2019! The clutch was faulty from the start and eventually failed. GM Montenegro wanted to blame me. Naturally I registered a complaint with GM Head Office.
Six weeks after the rental period ended GM Montenegro stole 1200 euros from my credit card, claiming that the engine was completely ruined. The engine was absolutely perfect, and if what GM Montenegro claimed happened, the engine would have failed immediately.
These guys are liars and thieves. It's all great if things go well, but their business ethics are appalling.

Very accommodating agency, we arrived late and they waited for us for the delivery of the car, the car was exactly as we wished, great.

I ALREADY SAID The car was dirty and navigation problems

This is the 2nd time we rented a car with Green Motion, a few years ago in Rome; this time in Podgorica, Montenegro. Again we were very satisfied. It is a relatively unknown car rental company, which has no counter at the airport in Podgorica. However, this was an advantage in Podgorica: Green Motion is situated "around the corner" on the way to the airport. On arrival an employee picked us up at the airport within 15 minutes after our phonecall to their office. He brought us to the Green Motion office, which was a 5-minute-drive. The people from Green Motion speak English very well. Moreover, when we had to return the car, we did not need to go in the crouwded area of the airport. We got a car from a higher class than booked without having to pay extra and this bigger car also proved to be very economical in fuel consumption. The employees are very friendly and handling all formalities promptly. We decided to drive in Montenegro only. The charming lady who helped us on arrival was a true ambassador of Montenegro and said that if we changed our minds about crossing a border, we could always call her to arrange that. We highly recommend booking a car with Green Motion!

It was easy and without any problems. However Montenegrins drive like crazy.

Dishonest business! STAY AWAY!
They will find a way to make you pay EXTRA. We were lied about safety seats age limitin Montenegro (law says 5 years olds have to use one) and they forced us to rent the seats for our 10&12 kids for the week. That was 84鈧?!!
They also tried to accuse us for a sctrach that was on the car before and marked on the paper . We had pictures of our own luckily to show them. We feel ripped off! I'm sad and angry that this kind of business can go on. There are plenty of bad experiences online. Read them and then go elsewhere.

We rented a car and returned with a small scratch on door. The staff told us it was not a big problem at all. A few days later 800 euros taken from our credit card even though we had 600 euros of a collision damage waiver. We contacted the customer service and they just ignored our questions. On the 'receipt' they sent us as proof of the cost of repair work, over 1000 euros were used to repair the scratches. 1000 euros. How come? Only by looking at this number people would think that we smashed the door, not just left scratch on it. Also found an article on the Guardian about how this company has been using this same trick years and years. Wish that I read it before we rented the car. So avoid this company!!!!!!!!!

Totally awful service. Turned up an hour after our elected pick up time with no communication. Gave us a GPS that didn't work with a cable that was not compatible with the device and so it didn't charge properly. Said they would refund us. Ignored all our emails and calls. Were aggressive and dismissive in all their dealings with us. Terrible. Avoid at all costs

Stay away from this company. They make charges to your credit card that they cannot do according to the contract. If you claim them back, they just ignore you.

Excellent service. My cousins and I rented a car for a week to drive to Bosnia and had a great time. The car was in very good condition, and their service was fast and friendly. Would definitely use again.

I am coming to Montenegro last 3 years as a couple of times every year.I tried other services also before meeting Greenmotion but i can say clearly after my first experience never turn back to them! Always friendly, practical and best price with nice cars! They save my trips last two years! Thank you guys..
