Green Motion Lithuania

I gave 3star for tons of bad reviews. Just imagine driving a car and you always have in mind you could be rip offed and for that reason I bought full insurance. And Green Motion return policy using not full to full tank return, so even from this you can make decision about company.
Now more than a year I renting cars from NEORENT.LT and I highly recommending this company, never have any issues with them, perfect cars and service.

Absolutely terrible! Literally a year later coming with me with some traffic violation letter and taking money of my account without permission. Havent provided any evidence whatsoever just some letter from 'police' stating i violated the law – and not even mentioning what exactly i have done. Absolutely ridiculous. Thieves! Stay away from these dodgy people

Booking, pickup and return all smooth and straight-forward. Pickup did take a little long but it was a Sunday so kind of understandable. Staff very polite and helpful and spoke excellent English 🙂

I made reservation thru Rentalcars, and took extra insurance (42鈧? To Cover all possible damages. But on Vilnus airport Green Motion guys explained that those insurances from Rentalcars didnt have full coverage, it was only up To 800鈧?when total liability was 1400鈧? though there were clear statement in the insurance agreement. So they recommend To take "No stress" type of insurances from them, extra 38鈧? And I Did it. Also the tank of car was empty on the pick up. Hmm

Your stuff member Edvinas at Vilnius airport was very kind and helpfull.
Only thing I wasnt happy with was that DEBIT card wasnt accepted without full insurance. So I bought full insurance and all went OK.
Good job and would recommend.

Terrible experience…
They lied about the amount of petrol in the car, threatening to charge us more for the amount that was "missing"!!! Even though it didn't have anything to do with us. We paid for a car with GPS and the GPS didn't work. The whole experience is to be avoided. If in doubt, search the millions of articles telling you to avoid this company.

There is no point going anywhere else if you are looking for a car in Vilnius…Always top class . Customer service ALWAYS on point.

Fast pick up, drop off. Nice new car. The thing that threw me off was the condition of returning the car clean
/washed. Never been asked for it from rental companies before. Also, the last thing you want to be doing on your holidays is car washing.

We had a great experience with Green Motion in Vilnius. Edvinas was incredibly helpful and especially pleasant to deal with. He went the extra mile, no pun intended, by bringing us the stuff we left in the rental! Thanks, Edvinas!

Never rent from them!

We rented a car from them in Kaunas airport. Even though we checked car for scratches, we completely missed wheels. As soon as we got into the car, air pressure button turned on and in the nearest gas station we realized that 2/4 wheels were with only 50% recommended air pressure in. To add, we noticed a scratch, sent Green motion and email straight away and tried calling them to inform that this was missed (this literally happened 15 mins after we left airport and scratch was old and rusty already).

After returning car, later that day, we received a bill for 115 eur to cover "new damages"- after multiple (over 25) attempts to reach them, an arrogant CS rep said that "we don't care, this is not on the paper – you caused it". Luckily (thank you Karma) that specific wheel accidentally got on our video in the airport's parking lot, where the scratch was visible, so we didn't get to pay.

Beware to film the car or better never use the company in the first place – many other similar reviews just proves their special 鈥減ractice鈥?to charge customers extra.

UPDATE TO TRUSTPILOT CS:
– This experience caused me money for international calls and quite some time – there is nothing to be glad about;
– a little lesson of geography – Kaunas is in Lithuania, not Poland.

BE AWARE! Many times been renting cars, first time happen such experiance.
They try to rip me off on:
– Cleaning fee is 20 Eur.
-Scratch on the right side front door (397.10 EUR)
-Administration Fee (72.60 EUR)
– charged additional 20 EUR for being late to return the car as you were supposed to return it at 11:00, but did so at almost 14:00

While give me with almost not working air conditioner in days off 30-31 degrees, and not perfectly clean car.

Had no accidents, been driving carefly, washed, fill up fuel. Scrach is micro and possible polirate, but intentions to charge. Good that after long discutions from all requested charges left only one 397,10 EU but still is not adequate. P.S Service also sucks, they been mixing langues, lost in details. Newer again, better pay more and use company with god reputation. I wish to read about buisnes model before i rent from them.

Case not over, they have chance to fix for better. I am waiting..

Care, goodwilling attitude and attention to details are key features why I choose my car with Green Motion in Kaunas.

I had 50 EUR bill in my pocket and somehow it fell out my pocket at their desk.
Some guy come to me and asked if i lost something and when i checked and saw that my money was missing and they simply gave it back to me.
It was very nice of them not to take that.

And the car was very nice.

I was charged a lot of money for nothing and without evidance. Total crap.

First time getting a rental and I definitely know I got the best service.I definitely will be recommending them to all my friends and family in the future.Thanks!
