Honestly – its been two years and just looking at the building makes me feel a bit sick.

I rent a car from Igoumenitsa port everything is perfect and the Spuros give us all the information for the place the car is very clean and brand new… I recommend the green motion for sure

We rent 3 times per year from Thessaloniki Airport since 2014. Always the staff is nice and cars in a very good condition. Value for money and always fast track process!!!!

Very happy with the service and treatment received. There is sone room for improvement on the vehicles side, as several type of vehicles aren't available and, given the brand name, would expect some gender options as well. Nevertheless, stuff are excellent and very helpful, from the mini bus driver to receiption and both check in and out.
Price is a bargain and I totally recommend them.

I rented a Scoda Fabia from Thessaloniki Airport for 14 days. It was very comfortable driving and the most important was that the car was new and diesel. As a result I saved a lot of money! Thank you Green Motion.

When I received the car from Athens airport office, after waiting 30 min, I was first given a Fiat Bravo which was a total wreck, full of dents and scratches, and I refused to receive. In the beginning, I was told there is no other. Then that there us only a much bigger one that I have to pay more money for and finally all of a sudden there was found one. That car looked all right but the breaks and the gearbox was crap. Thank God, I had no major trip to make so I kept it. Today, I was supposed to return it. My flight was at 1110 am and I arrived at 0840. Nobody was there. Nobody was answering the phone. When the agent came at 0857, she never apologised. On the contrary, she was rude, sarcastic and she said to me that it's my fault because the time I was supposed to get the car back was 9 o'clock. I insistent in hearing an apology which never happened. The place was a mess. The finally found a way to get me to the airport, 20 min later. Mistakes happen. I would understand. But the manners of this lady named Dimitra as she said refusing to share her last name, is something unbelievable. I have used greenmotion three times in less than a year, the second time directly. Never again. Such awful behavior and customer service is really rare.

Greenmotion International, after formally complaining 10 days ago, I was told that it is Greenmotion Greece that I did the reservation through and therefore them were asked to handle my case. Today, nobody has done anything. Nobody responded to me. Shame on you!!

Another thing we noticed with this rental car company is that they invent all sorts of fees. If you are unlucky enough to be accused of a damage you did not cause at the first place, be aware. There is an administration fee for the 2 mins it takes them to make the claim and also an 鈥渋mmobilisation鈥?fee which is 70 or so Euro and I was told that no insurance is covering that as it has nothing to do with the damage.

Avoid these hidden business practices by not even considering them under any circumstances

I rented from the branch in Thessaloniki and everything was as agreed. Very nice and clean car was provided without any problems. They have a fleet with nice options.
Personel is very friendly, polite and proffesional.

I fully recommend them and I will use their services again in future.

I Will book a car in my future trips only from Greenmotion in Athens. Im very satisfied with their services. They came to pick me up from the airport and the car was in a perfect condition.

Extremely bad experience at athens . Would recommend to book a car hiring company that is available at the airport and to avoid green motion. Bcs of this car company we had to cut short our itinerary quite markedly. Car was booked to be picked up at airport, to see there is no green motion car service at airport. And also no number to call as they close at
9pm.Our flight got delayed 2hours and to see the guy who brought the car had left. We didn't end up having a car at the airport and had to take a taxi to the hotel. Next morning we went to pick up the car to the nearest green motion company at athens city. The shop is supposed to open at 8am.We were there at 0900am. The shop was not open. We had to stay for 45 mins on the road waiting for someone to open the shop. There was another customer who was told to pick up car in the morning and he had to wait too.He arrives at 9.45am and not apologetic but said you don't know why he got late. Plus then we had to pay extra 40 euros saying they can't provide the car we booked and that it is given to someone else. So had to hire an SUV instead. Drop off at airport is also not smooth sailing if you are on a tight schedule. The drop off point is 15mins away from the airport. U have to keep ample time to wait for transport and to get to airport from there. Would not recommend this company at all, Better to pay a bit extra and hire from a reputed company.

Awesome customer service and communication from Camilla on Lefkada.
We arranged it all via text at the last minute as my son wanted to go to Delphi.
The price was great and the car was super clean and in great condition.
She even came and picked us up from the next village where our boat was moored.
I wouldn鈥檛 hesitate to use GreenMotion again.

We had a great service at the airport of Samos island , quick shuttle service for the pick up and drop off of the car. The girl at the desk was very helpful and kind with us about the information of our rental also our car was very good and clean.

My wife and me have rented from Corfu airport a soft top for our 1 week holiday in Corfu. After 6 days of nice wheather today our last day in the Island it was raining and very windy.We have seen GM office in Acharavi and we drove there to ask if we can have another car for this day as we have 2 little children.When saying our problem they have spoken with Management and give us a nice polo for last day and return with this car airport tomorrow.
We would like to thank Gren Motion Acharavi for this and help us have a nice day to Corfu city museums.
My kids Isabell and me are pleased and we will be happy to see you next May.

Just wanted to say that once again we received excellent service at Prevaza Airport from the team at Green Motion Car Hire. This is the third year in a row we have hired a car for a week and collected and returned to the airport. In this time we have found Green Motion to be offering the best price rental, the cars have always been exactly what we require (this year we had a very smart 4 door Smart car) and the service has always been efficient, staff very polite and helpful. We will probably be going back to Nidri again next year and if so will book the car with Green Motion

Today, 19th of September 2019.
We faced the worst and rudest service of all times in Green motion in Rhodes.
The employee was rude and ironic, asking us personal questions and not clarifying the terms of the agreement.
She was also impolite and she refused to read the terms of the agreement in Greek although she was Greek too!!!
Of course we did not rent the car and left, not only because of this rude Lady but also because the terms differred from what we read in the booking.

We do not recommend at all this car rental "Company"!
