I have used Green Monster Promos for custom bags for 3 years. The quality of the product has always been fantastic. But what I love the most about them is their customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. There was a screw up at the post office this year and half of my order was shipped out too late. The issue was not Green Monster's fault but they promptly refunded me for the missing bags. I will be using them for all my future promotional needs.

I was very pleased with the quick turnaround. They emailed with ink recommendations when the initial ink color I chose would not show up well. Products were delivered on time. I would definitely use again!
