Their hand sanitizer is good stuff, doesn't dry out my hands. I also love that they include free trial size products of different varieties. Last time I got toothpaste and a pain cream sample. Shipping is quick and packaging is better than expected. They truely care about their customers and their products. I will be a customer for life. Already returned for a 2nd round. I buy the hand sanitizer as I am in the medical field and theyre still hard to come by. Thank you very much!

I subscribe to Cairn, a monthly box of out door and up and coming products. One month my box had a container of Green Goo First Aid balm. I figured I would give it a try. Since then I have become a repeat customer. In fact, I just received an order yesterday with toothpaste, deoderant, some more balm and other goodies. This is a fine company who I am proud to support and recommend their products. I would highly suggest that looking into their website be a start and look foor all the good they do for people. You will find the they give back to people and communties, not just local, world wide. I am a solid customer of Green Goo/Sierra Sage and will be for a long time.

The goo is very very thick but by turning the bottle over and tapping the bottle into your palm or on your fingers, the hand sanitizer comes out and you can get enough to quickly sanitize your hands (rubbing your hands together, the sanitizer quickly evaporates). I recommend it.

The fact I can get normal priced hand sanitizer during these times is an automatic 5 star. The site is beautiful and I like the packaging of all products. I was a little confused about how some of the on sale products look like regular items that are not on sale (specifically the bath salt). Otherwise it鈥檚 great.

Out of this world – excellent customer service!!! My local post office failed to follow postal regulations/policies and returned to sender my Green Goo order. I contacted Green Goo via their "Contact Us" email, provided them with the tracking numbers and back story of the failed delivery. In a very expeditious reply and before my returned to sender order had been received, Mrs. Scott informed me that another order was being processed and provided me with the new tracking numbers.
WOW is what I keep thinking when I think of this company!

I bought their products, 4 of them, and only received one. How on earth can you dump delicate products in a plastic bag (!) and send it in the mail? Not even bothered to put them in a box.

The plastic bag arrived ripped with 3 out of 4 products missing, and the only product that arrived was cracked and leaking. And I had to trash it. To make it worse they take your money out of your account, and then take 2 weeks to send the products.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – NEVER AGAIN I WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Edit: The company reached out to me and shipped out all the items this time safely inside a box. All items arrived and in good order. I appreciate that they made an effort.

I ordered some of the hand sanitizer as I needed some purse sized ones to carry as I鈥檓 a nurse. These are just the right size and they don鈥檛 burn my chapped hands like some of the others do! The price is good and the timeliness of the shipment was excellent!
