I wanted to try their free trial hosted desktop.
Briefly: I couldn鈥檛.
After registration I received an email that my trial account should鈥檝e been ready in a few hours.
And I had to contact them 2 days later via email, which I didn鈥檛 get any response to.
On the 5th day I got a follow-up automated email from the company about their performance on hosted desktop.
This was ridiculous…
So I鈥檝e answered to this email, and I鈥檝e gotten an apology and promise, that my account should鈥檝e been accessible shortly. Even one of their representative called me.
As you guess: NOTHING.
And I鈥檝e received an email yesterday which is as follows:
Hi,

So I will certainly not recommend them. As they are even unable to serve an individual request.
They don鈥檛 provide their free trial as advertised.
So what do you expect from a company which behaves like that.

Cheap, cheerful and effective doesnt sound right does it! But Green Cloud are inexpensive for the service provided; a great bunch of people to deal with and more importantly a fantastic service. Only one down time in the 3 years I have been with them and that was resolved in minutes. I certainly wouldnt consider changing.

Support is great. The hosted email service is generally reliable with only occasional issues. As I say, support is very responsive.

Been a customer of Green Cloud for over 2 years. Have never had a reason to consider migrating from them (and there have been viable opportunities). Tech staff understand my requirements and Sales Manager goes out of his way to provide us what we need. As with all technology, sometimes there are issues and the odd gremlin to deal with but we rarely do we ever have outages that mean we are stopped in our tracks.
Would recommend these guys with little hesitation.

Very responsive to issues and technical guys know their stuff. However, security leaves something to be desired. We rang up to change passwords on emails and change the passwords on the account. There were no security checks

I've been using Green Cloud for email hosting for about 3 years now and they've been great. Always happy to help setup new email addresses and often within the hour of requesting. The service is great and never had a problem.

We have a hosted server via Green Cloud. Very few problems and when there may be, the technical support is always helpful and quick to sort it out.

Host my family Exchange email accounts with GreenCloud, not necessarily a cheap solution for a home user, but it get me reliable, enterprise class email services. I have been with them for for over 4 years and am a happy customer and would not consider moving elsewhere. Not actually tested their Customer Service as I nave not had any need to do so post implementation, where they were very helpful.
