I filed my compensation claim with GREENCLAIM (flight was inexplicably cancelled at very short notice) in January and received my payout today in the middle of June. It was a very clear and straight forward process (as long as you have all the documentation). I have no problem with how long it took as A) i understand that no airline really wants to payout and that GREENCLAIM have to fight for each case and B) COVID-19.

I have logged with them my claim for exactly one year since my flight delayed by more than 4 hours, airline claiming that delays were due to a bird strike and repairs to the nose of the aircraft. So far my timeline been updated with the facts that the airline did not acknowledged my right for compensation. Surely a company with years of experience as they claim to be know exactly how to proceed for a good outcome but is not the case with Green Claim. I feel disappointed for choosing them to handle my case. They still analysing my dossier and thats it. How many more years needs to be analysed? I am pretty sure that if I was approaching the airline directly or logging a money claim online with the court I would have been more successful. Waste of time, nerves and poor service to say at least. Avoid!

I had a successful claim with green claims, before Claim was approved from airline they will reply to my every email within a day but now they鈥檝e stopped replying I don鈥檛 know how to contact them. I emailed them so many times but no reply, then I tried with different email still no reply I have also tried sending message on fb messenger but No one is replying, I also tried via their support page after login there also no reply. Very bad service, Not happy at all.

The process went smoothly and was pretty fast. It took approx 3 weeks to receive the compensation to my account. Also the process was traceable.

Do not hesitate to try Green Claim, perfect contact, great timing, easy procedures. Saves a lot of time and stress and it's worth paying part of the money obtained from the airlines! So just do it!!
